I am glad Hunter has made it this far. I hope he keeps holding on. I was doubtful of him with that big of a drug problem and he said he wanted to go back and be with his friends. I was thinking that could be the worst thing he could do but he overcame so I applaud him. I also hope he is still holding on to God. I believe God got him through.
Of course people's opinions on a committee effect each other. "Group think" is not a phrase that can simply dismiss the outcome of a group decision. No decision is made entirely independent of outside influence. The studies on group think are not intended to help people avoid being influenced by groups; rather, it is to make us think about things that influence us and to help us ask deeper questions on why we do this or that. The idea that group think could be gotten rid of entirely would make societal living impossible.
Keandre had a suspicious grin on his face. I didn't really see any sincerity from beginning to end with him. It just seemed like he was going to mess up. At the beginning of it I knew which one was going to be in prison and which one wasn't!! GREAT JOB HUNTER!!🔥😇
@@travelingmama135He went back because HE made a decision to carjack and attempt to murder someone. He made that decision. It is totally his fault. It has nothing to do with his ethnicity. It has everything to do with his inability to make good decisions.
@@travelingmama135 not all!! I seen more white guys be dead today than men of color on here FACTS!!🫣🤐🫡 At least you can come back from jail. There isn't a way to come back from death. I don't feel a lot is going to change from going to adult prison for decades but as long as you have breath in your lungs you can get it right. You can't do that if you don't 🏳️💪🏾🙌🏾🔥😇
Isn't it interesting how serious they were with the white kid. Then the black kid, Mr. Arnold, it was a laugh factory that he stole a 46" TV and was caught running down the street with it and then more laughter getting caught having sex in the school bathroom, almost like they were glorifying his actions as good and no big deal. What type of message does this send to the kid, that it's ok? The parole panel should be reprimanded for this bad behavior!
Your observation is spot on! I found it horrifically unprofessional that they were openly laughing, at such a serious matter. Almost like they expected the 2nd kid to return to jail. Very classless behavior.
The second boy seemed to have potential but in the interview it became apparent that he had a habit of lying where he would do something wrong and deny it. I was not convinced he learned not to bully and extort anymore and when his mom was talking it felt like he was just being polite but it was going in one ear and out the other. When he said he wanted to be a gynecologist it felt like a pervert. That was uncomfortable because he was the guy that was caught having sx in the bathroom. I don’t know if it was homosexual sx that might have been forced or did he go in the girl’s bathroom? If so what was he doing in there? That just didn’t feel right either. Nevertheless I felt like maybe he could make it. I didn’t expect he would get out and go straight into car jacking and attempted murder. That’s awful! He had a chance but he blew it.
They were laughing as well. I found this extremely unprofessional to say the least. And his gynecologist gaff got the rise and response he wanted from them as well. He knew damn well he doesn’t want to deliver babies and knew exactly what he was doing with that one.
@@crownviclx2000 It was a crew member who first laughed that set them all off, and relax you grumpy karen. Sometimes people find things funny and laugh at them. It was funny circumstances, get over yourself. Miserable human being.
@@crownviclx2000Exactly, I stated that the line of questioning was counterproductive. Most of the questions were insulting especially the sexual questions. ‘Why were u having sex in the bathroom? Laugh at his response and tell him it wasn’t romantic as he throws in ‘was it consensual?’ But the question thst pissed me off the most was telling him to pick a ‘more suitable’ occupation. God forbid he gets into medical school, 🙄. A barber 💈 certificate is more suitable for the ‘boy’. Very unprofessional professionals.
He needs to be in rehab and needs to be in a halfway house improving on his life before going back into the real world where the temptation is always going to be in the back of his mind
36 YEARS!!!!!😢 I bet he wishes he can turn back time...sorry bro!!!! God-bless the other young man. I hope he's doing well 🙏 from Indianapolis, Indiana USA 🇺🇸 I've been down that road, at the age of 17, in prison..Did 16 months...Never been back.... TODAY 54 Never been in trouble....
@patrickwilson4902 - glad to hear you've never been back. You help others see it doesn't have to be a revolving door. Too many kids lose hope. Appreciate you watching and commenting!
now that was a real shame for keandre,i really thought he was going 2 be ok when he got out as his mother said she would give him her full support,i was a long termed youth that was in prison and doing all that time,i used my time inside for the best and learnt never to go back in these places, please keep these great videos coming, godbless x x x
The questions from the parole board are counterproductive imo. ‘Why were u having sex in the bathroom’ ? The questions about the burglary&how he got caught ,🤦♀️. Then laughed at his response of walking down the street with a 46 inch tv. Just wow!
I was thinking the same thing like.. it’s a serious problem and the reason you’re in there. “bullying” is a huge deal , the smirking over every topic is a big deal. Sorry but this dude won’t be staying out of the system and the board laughing at the stuff he did gives him the idea that’s it’s funny to.
@@anthonygrayson948 I agree. Wonder how long he tried before slipping back into crime. And how many times before he got caught. I just feel bad for the mom.
@@anthonygrayson948sometimes the punishment isn’t proportional to the crime committed. If cannabis was legal nationwide we would have lower incidence of hard drug use. Just look at states that have legalized. Alcohol and painkiller use declines. I was drawn into the criminal for possession of cannabis. Even to this day I’m considered a felon for possessing more than 14 grams of cannabis. Absolutely ridiculous. Who was I hurting that I needed to be sentenced to a year in state prison. As it stands I can drive my car 100 miles north and legally possess cannabis.
The 2nd interview observing the conversation he will be back he he knows the system. He has everything in jail! On the outside side u got to get up and go to school no t get out of a cell and have someone take u to a class. Winter comes he may be not as motivated getting up and actively go to school there's a difference.
The second kid who said he wants to be a Gynocologist when he grows up and got caught having sex with a girl in the school bathroom lmao! He really is passionate about his studies lol
Not in love with the second guy or this awful board. He clearly needed to stay inside with its structure, to have a chance to straighten out. His mother is quite the showboat. That sucks. It’s not about you lady, but okay you made sure you told the camera you’re a saint. He really did need to stay inside a little longer. Something I would never say lightly.
I think the fact that he was still in the behavioral unit says something too. It seems like one should have to work their way out of the behavioral unit before being released. And they should have to prove they can stay off the behavioral unit for a certain amount of time before being released as well. If they can’t stay out of the behavioral unit then how are they going to stay out of trouble when released? It should be common sense.
1:34 😂😂😂 that surprise pill bowl party is BS thats a story that we would hear in D.A.R.E program in the 90s no one's kids are going to some random house and taking random pills out of a bowl they might be stealing their parents prescription but that stupid story has been going around for years😂😂😂 mom seems kind of sheltered and over dramatic that is some stupid shit she saw on daytime TV and because her kid got caught getting high she thinks that's what he was doing
I’ve spent my entire adolescent life in high security juvenile facilities exactly like this before I unfortunately “graduated” to the adult prison system. I’m going to be detailing those experiences and my journey throughout the system on my channel Hopefully my experiences will inspire the youth not to follow the same path, and encourage those in similar circumstances currently of hope for a better future.
That second guy I didn't trust for a second. After getting caught having sex in the school bathroom he's playing games saying he want to be a gynecologist. His backup plan to gynecology is being a barber. Really? Maybe if you said nurse I'd believe you. Plus when the camera panned to him he was smirking all the time. I didn't trust him for a second. I would not have let him out. He was a disaster waiting to happen.
Brother the drugs is no good option the drugs will destroy you. You literally cannot forget who you are. You do anything to get your drugs? And then after years you will have a habit when you do anything for the habit you don’t need that to be more respectful and more strong, to be clean you to say yes I’m clean. I didn’t do nothing. I got the control not drugs over amigo control I got control and I don’t want to use it. No more. You need to say this word to yourself. Remember all your life.
Keandre! No! I was rooting for the both of you but I enjoyed the humor in some of the things you did and was really hoping that you could find humor in doing good by yourself and by your momma. I will say it wasn't lost on me that you hadn't seen your mom in a year even though you were just 20 miles away and it made me wonder if you really were going to have the amount of support you truly needed. And I was wondering if you would have been better off staying a few more months to a year if it meant that you would be stronger rather than getting out when you did and risk not being ready.
Sad these kids will say anything to get out on parole they will fool the parole board and once they get out a lot end back up in the prison system and some turn their life around but its up to the individual
It's not a matter of saying anything. Most truly believe they'll do better but they get out and return to the same neighborhoods, same friends, same families and within no time the same bad habits. Remove troubled kids from familiar surroundings allows them to truly start fresh but unfortunately that's rarely possible and aftercare is nonexistent.
@cynthiadavid5282 - Yes, it's very sad when kids return to the system. Unfortunately, they often do well when they have structure and aren't faced with the same stressors they have on the outside, and many do think they're ready to go home. But once they're faced with the same environment that got them in trouble in the first place and have no vision or hope that any other kind of life exists, it's just too easy to fall back into the same bad habits. Yes, some make it and others don't, but that usually depends on a strong support system or at least ONE caring adult in their life who can help them see a better way. We always hope for the best! Thanks as always for watching and commenting!
There needs to be a therapist for metal health present at these meetings to really determine if they are mentally capable of being released he fooled them all . I could see it from the first few seconds
2:44 not kids young Man, you're all young adults, you all's kid days ended at 13 , I do Pray that you and the rest of the young adults give your Souls to Yeshua The Mashiach, turning from your evil deeds and walk in the Light of Forgiveness and Righteousness.
Good on Hunter. As for Keandre, well, sadly his life is near wasted. Sure, he could get out after his sentence and do good, but so many years will have been wasted.
@MissMurd3r - so much wasted life, indeed. We hope to do an updated interview with him in the very near future. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment.
the second kid, Kendrea Arnold I knew he would be back in the incarceration system probably for drugs, robbery, burglary or fraud. For someone who plans on being a gynecologist, he already stepping out wrong, leaving out the prison with pants sagging. During his interview I just saw all of a narcissistic habitual liar with no plans, goals, or ambitions. Anything is possible but he stated that he really is not motivated with education, obtained only three credits of schooling while incarcerated but he plans on being a gynecologist and his backup plan is to be a barber. that's a far stretch of career goals. His mother gave a good speech but let's be real. She is a single mother who obviously physically can't control maladaptive habits. How can she control her household and this kid when she has no control over bad habits and her health.
I don’t think it’s the fact she doesn’t care about the kids it’s just a reality if they are still a danger to themselves or others if they get out . She’s gotta make sure they are ready
@pitbullmama554 - we sometimes have to brace ourselves for the updates. We just never know how things will turn out. In this case, Keandre's update was tragic on all levels. We appreciate you taking the time to watch.
@robertprice5243 - good question! Technically, there is no such thing as parole for juveniles who are still in the juvenile system. It's called a Release Hearing or ARC hearing (Administrative Review Committee). But most people know these types of hearings as parole hearings, so that's why air quotes are used. Thank you for watching and asking!
That’s so sad about Keandre. He has such a nice smile and personality. The way he grabbed his mom’s hand was so cute. To see he’s been charged with 2 very serious crimes is so sad.
