Would be so cool, to actually see them again on camera after all these years. Wether on the outside, or on a video visit or whatever. There must be a way right. Cause then it really would be full circle and they could talk about their experience and so on.
As I listened to him talk i got a bad feeling that he would return to prison because 1) he said he didn’t regret anything he did. Anyone that shot a gun and hit a little girl should at least regret that but not even that did he regret. 2) he said when he picked up the gun he knew exactly what he wanted to do, he set out to kill. This was premeditated and intentional. That’s shilling for a teenager to have that cold and hard of a heart. 3) he said he had been in multiple shoot outs. He didn’t say and the interviewer didn’t ask but it leaves one to wonder how many people had he killed by the time he was 17. 4) when asked if he could redo things for a perfect life what would he do, he said be a man for his mom. That’s messed up that he felt he needed to take the role as her man. He said he was the one that protected his sister(s) and felt responsible for his brother and mother. It sounds to me like his mom parentified him which is a form of abuse that many single moms do to their children and it mentally messes the kids up. So his outlook on women and life is warped. 5) when asked about what gang he was in he answered in the present tense so i got the feeling he wasn’t through with the gang life and he didn’t say he was through with it. 6) for him to be facing a possible life sentence tells me he killed somebody. 7) for him to have no fear nor remorse is a sign of a psychopath. 8) he sounds like he has a long history of violence and has no problem with doing violence. 9) he sounds like from an early age he was driven by coveting and greed. That alone will lead to crime. I would not be surprised if his little brother follows in his footsteps.
Some people are hard wired for criminality. And, looks like he is one, sadly. As soon as he is released, he'll be back. So, keep him in. Keep people safe. He is charming and knows what to say. But, actions speak louder than words.
They have no idea what they’re getting into when they go to adult prison they don’t have a size they used to using guns. It’s a lot different They’re so young they are doing with a whole different caliber of people and inmates. I wish them the best.
