Just for clarification, Arc System Works did publish this game but not completely create it which was done by A+ Game’s. I apologize for the confusion.
Reviews 2 Go YOOOOO thank you so Much for reviewing the Switch Version!!! really appreciate it man. I been on the demo for this since it released on the PS4. Really want the Switch version and wanted to know if it was on point on here too. Thanks again. Subbed & Liked.
Reviews 2 Go Wait, so you can’t use the other characters in a single player campaign? I’m not an online player, and was really looking forward to just picking a character and enjoying a single player mode tailored to them.
Reviews 2 Go Well, that kills my enthusiasm. I can only hope there’s future DLC that at least adds a dream mode for other characters, or something like that.
I tried the demo and was really impressed. Sad to see it has a very small roster. This makes me wish even more that they port Naruto Storm 4 to the Switch!
Arc System Works needs to make a Darling in the Franxx game where you pilot franxx gliding across the wasteland fighting klaxosaurs. Maybe even make it a RPG where you can level up both your franxx's weapons and the pilots themselves. What i'm imagining is something along the lines of Dynasty Warriors combined with Final Fantasy XV, and Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
Game looks good but not for the price. Character rooster is too small and the game is too short. But with a sale it’s definitely worth the buy and I will get a copy! I like that the game looks like the anime
Wait, so you can’t use the other characters in a single player campaign? I’m not an online player, and was really looking forward to just picking a character and enjoying a single player mode tailored to them.
I just got this for Christmas....and I must say, even though it’s short and limited....I just love this game.Just don’t know how to get the DLC characters.Didn’t see it for download at the Nintendo shop.....
It's not made by Arc System but APLUS, so don't confuse people dude, because they won't find the same quality here as in the works of publisher of this game.
That moment when mosty ppl just seen the game promoted everywhere on ArcSys social media but haven't heard a thing of the true developer APLUS And yes that's confusing
I just bought the game and I love it as a fan of the anime, but 60 dollars plus is a bit steep for this. If you're a fan, yes, get it now. If you're curious or low on funds, wait for a price drop.
5:00 I just bought the game, and it was 20€ (which is not too far away from 20$), and that's fair for me. I also got the 2 DLC characters already, and at least the two main characters even have a second fighting style.
1:50 I liked most, that they even recreated the same stupid "falling off of the arena" animations, where they first move horizontally almost in a straight line, then just after they leave the arena, they smoothly turn by a fourth rotation, and then they just fall down.
It’s been two days so I’m sure you have found the answer by now, but to do those attacks you must reach level 3 valor. I.E you must win the Rock Paper Scissors minigame three times. After that you unlock the ability to use the Fiber Lost instant kill ability. It ends the game no matter how much HP the enemy player has.
@@gononhisphone6399 I wanted to try this in demo, but yeah i never reached valor3, only 2 What are commands/which buttons to execute attack after valor 3?
Sorry if someone asked you this already but I really wanted to ask this. How's the quality look in handheld mode? I saw someone comment on another video that it's below 720 quality
I have never been one to care about length. I'll take a an amazing game that's only an hour long rather than a drawn out, repetitive game that's 100 hours. Games being short was never a turn off for me, but that's just my sole opinion.
as a kill la kill fan its great to see a game for this, but the price.....its fucking outrageous for the price jesus christ!, imma wait for the sale. this is for the die hard fans and for the fan services for those who didn't want the kill la kill but buy for the bobs and vaganas.
I like the small roster. The anime was short, a mere two cour series plus a single OVA that was basically created to tell everyone wishing for a season two "Shut up, its over". The characters that are in this game are basically the characters that had enough screentime and thus proper movesets could be made for them in game. Nothing pisses me off more than seeing an anime fighter game have a character that showed up for a little bit in the anime get in the game and then recieve a moveset that they didn't have in the original series. I like it when the game is faithful to the original source and that is what Kill la Kill IF is doing. Kudos to them for doing so.
just to clear up an issue with this review the main focus of this game is its pvp its considerd the most competitive 3d anime fighter so if you want good comp get it there and instead of the watered down characters you get in for example a storm game you get really unique characters probably the best of its kind
Thedankclank12 the switch port would run differently than the ps4 port. An actual review would include any gameplay or differences that the switch has because it's a weaker console, like how it run. Specific things, besides things you could look up on the website. All he did was talk about the single player content aka story mode, and based his assumptions on only that.
I spoke about as much as I was permitted to do. Per Arc Sys and Trigger’s embargo rules, I was not permitted to talk about more in depth gameplay like the combo strings, balancing, hit boxes, etc. A basic rundown of the combat like I did was about as far as I could go to stay within those limitations.
