your videos are being extremely helpful in these coronatimes, it would be great if you could make a video about breathing while fighting and how to maintain or keep the rythm, great video as usual!
Thank you for a good technique. Before I watch this video, I always done spear knee and stabbing knee gone wrong. But now I just follow along with you. Wow it's so work and I've got fun with combo knee.

Hey Sean....loving your videos man. Seriously. I guess there's no better channel than yours for Muay Thai. It's like, I've got my personal trainer 😭😂😂...but TBH, I am fortunate, I found this channel. Keep posting great stuff brother. Keep it coming. 🙏💙💚☸️
Awesome video man! Loved the little info boxes, they are great. I have a quick question: I started Muay Thai a couple of months ago and I'm trying to get to grips with spear knees, however I get really unbalanced when I throw them + I was told that you should drive through the target (like with everything), which makes sense, but I struggle throwing them while shadow boxing w/o landing southpaw, and when I do, it feels like I'm not driving through, but hitting in an up-down motion. On the bag it seems kinda fine, since I get some resistance. Should I throw them lighter during shadowboxing, or is that something that will eventually get better, and I shouldn't worry about it. Thank you very much, can't wait for your next upload!
It’s something you’ll eventually get better at. It’ll just take time and intentional practice to get a better feel for your body’s balance and mechanics
Beautiful! Love the drill, the explanations, the great view and if course the unbeatable sense of humor 😅 I'll definitely try this😁 Thank you so much Sean👊🏼
3:42 good lord. Imagine never having seen that technique before, and then getting blasted with those in the ring! Awesome tips, great practice material for heavy bag love it!
Could you maybe at some point include actual footage of knees countering punches in a fight? That'd be cool. Great vid. Didn't know how distinct knee strikes could be.
Amazing as always, great teaching, great view ! Dude, I have a dumb question for you. As a fighter, what do you think of 53 years old Mike Tyson's training performance ? Would you step in a ring with him, even for fun ? This man is such an inspiration for me, what he does feels so natural I can't compare him to anyone else, in your discipline, than Saenchai. They define what should be the perfect execution of their art.
A knee just breaks ribs. A medic told me that if you don't rest it might form a "fibrous hinge", and you'll never have proper rib protection at that spot again. I was watching Saenchai earlier beating people up. He's got a very neat routine as soon as someone grabs him. He puts his hands on their upper arms and watches. As soon as they start the knee he puts a load of push on that side, a pull on the other, he takes their standing leg away, and wham, they're on the ground.
Scientists have confirmed that the new cost effective way to send rockets in space is a good ol Sean Fagan Knee. That is well applicable to sending Starfleet. Further research has been carried out if it is effective agasint the Empires ATTS. Though some investors in the program are positive with early theories.
Skip knee is a similar mechanic to the double roundhouse(left leg bounce off right leg stick vice versa excuse me if terms wrong) I recommend using that to get your hips adjust for the change did wonders for my game when someone showed me that
