AMEN! Because everything she said goes against God's WORD! God said when you give to the poor you are giving to God (Proverbs 19:17). Kim is also disrespecting the Lord Jesus Christ by mocking the poor because when Jesus chose to die for our sins, He came in the lowliest role possible. He did not come as a rich king owning many possessions but He came as a living sacrifice who did not even have a place to lay His head (Matthew 8:20). What Kim said is very blasphemous. There is also a verse thay says Jesus did not come in an attractive body (Isaiah 53:2), so Kim is also disrespecting the Lord by focusing on man's outward appearance and calling God's children ugly.

I fully believe in snatching a mic. She would’ve been sat down or asked to leave. People aren’t bold enough when it comes to speaking against stuff like this and it’s sickening. I’m pretty sure she didn’t grow up in a mansion - she more than likely grew up in somebody’s trailer or section 8 - and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s called survival. This is what happens when you allow the blessing of the Lord to cause you to think of yourself more highly than you ought to! She's puffed up, haulty even. The nerve of her to down play other people like that, and the sad thing is, there are people in the pews congratulating what She's saying and the pastor did not take the mic and ask her to leave. This is perfect example of what I tell the choir that I work with, "There is a thin line between praise & performance " you may be talented when singing but sooner or later it will show what side of that line you are on. Very talented singer she is, but might the end of a performer's career.
What is wrong with a trailer home? I was raised in one with a strong mother, fed well and when to one of the best colleges in Georgia. The congregation applauds it. No one reads the BIBLE anymore. Preacher giving opinions and the congregation applaud them. Her instagram 'apology' , if you can even call it an apology, is just her digging herself into an even deeper hole. Basically she's saying: I'm sorry you feel that way BUT I'm not sorry for my words. She then tries to deflect and make it about other people and online trolls as though she is the victim in all of this? She seems to be confusing trolls with genuinely angry people who are not afraid to clap back and call out appalling behaviour, and rightfully so. How one can make 'jestful' comments about a person's financial status, living situation and inability to pay their light bill, all on God's alter, is beyond me. There really is nothing to 'take out of context here' the comments are transparent. I was even hoping the comments about being ugly were in a spiritual context, but she then goes on to talk about 'hats covering the ugly'. Appaling. An actual apology should have been something like: ' I was wrong, I'm sorry & should not have said what I said - I need to do better, pray for me' etc etc. None of us are perfect, we all mess up, but as bad as her comments were i'm more pissed with the fact she doesn't even have the decency to acknowledge her wrongdoing. That for me is seriously concerning.

Good morning Rickey I almost wrecked my car headed to work. As a woman in ministry it makes me sad that she could be that cold hearted. She could be 1 paycheck from homeless and don't know it. 1 major life changer can change your life. Let's pray that God will bind that proud spirit off Kim in the Name of Jesus.
