I love how this is a microcosm of the player being forced into Harrys mindset. Kim says its a 2m drop and shouldnt be hard to get down. The player is primed for a jump check "2m jumps sounds dangerous but if kims says its safe" Harry instantly goes to Disco jump off the ledge with a run up. Kim climbs down Kim meant it was safe to climb down Harry was unable to comprehend a non overdramatic solution. Kim thinks its badass experiance rather than idiocy. Admires how much fun Harry has existing
Despite Kim's serious exterior, when he gets genuinely excited it makes me realize how good of a partner he is for Harry, despite how dysfunctional Harry is.

You can repeatedly read la fumee magazine in the payphone room to pass time. once the clock has passed 22.00 evrart will be gone and there will be a keycard next to the thermos in his office.
I’m sure you figured it out by now, but for any future folks who have the same problem: you gotta talk to Evrart Claire; he’ll give you a union member keycard to get back out.
in the yard where the tree is (the one that the victim is hanged from) there are some boards covering a door. you need to do a perception check on the boards, which will allow you to move the boards. inside that room you unlock is a ladder onto the roof
