Just purchased the Move+ with your discount code, $50 savings is no joke. I had been using a panel with some success but it's tedious and tricky getting the right spot on my shoulder and I expect this to help. My first experience with red light therapy was a long time ago, my acupuncture doctor used to direct it at the needles, probably much more effective but its more convenient and easier to be consistent at home! Appreciate for the info.

What an intriguing product. It seems great for people with just a few arthritic or injured joints, especially knees! But as someone with arthritis from head to toe, including all hand joints and spine, I think a small panel plus a pad is a better choice for me, at a similar price total. The pad is good for larger areas, like lower back, neck, or hip, while with my tiny Hooga HG200 panel, I can treat both knees at once. And both the pad and tiny Hooga are pretty portable, though not battery powered. Of course, with this combo I still need to do multiple treatments, to get all affected areas. If only PBM beds were more affordable…

Hey Alex, I remember a few weeks ago in your short update on the LightPath LED new Diesel 2.0 line you mentioned that you would be doing a more in depth review on the panel soon. I have moderate acne on my face and shoulders and would like to utilize blue light in order to treat that though also would like to have access to red light as well for all of the benefits both while I have, and also hopefully once my acne is gone. Because of this I have been looking for a panel which has blue, red, and of course NIR as well which has already made my shopping range much smaller. While the first product I looked at was the Dermalux Flex MD I eventually began looking elsewhere seeing how low the power numbers were for the price though now am stuck in between the Biomax and LightPath LED Combo. Really I am just wondering if you have any takes on which may better suit my needs and when I may be able to expect the in-depth review of the LightPath Diesel so I can get an idea of the power numbers on the 2.0.

Could you compare the Kineon Move+ Pro with the Flexbeam? I read the specifications and the Kineon one is less powerful than the Flexbeam, so I would love to know your opinion.

Hey Alex. Two off-topic questions. I have the Mito 1500: These are maybe silly, but 1) what would happen in efficacy of a regular panel treatment if I cannot turn off ceiling light or any artificially lamp lighting in a room- although all the curtains are closed? .. and 2) Will the air circulating from a ceiling fan compromise the red light or infrared light delivery?
@LightTherapyInsiders
@LightTherapyInsiders Год назад
Hey it doesn't matter about the external lights. It won't make a difference. Air flow - it won't matter unless the room is stifling hot in which case the unit could have issues.

Hi Alex. I have the opportunity to buy the used flexbeam at a really good price. I'll be using mostly for my lower back, but also my shoulder and knee. Does it really work, and is it worth $375 Canadian? Will the flexbeam penetrate the skin in order to treat muscle, joints and ligaments? Should I save my money and buy the kineon?

@LightTherapyInsiders 11 месяцев назад
Hey that does sound like a good price and the Flexbeam is super popular. I just haven't tested it so I don't know how well it performs.

Would you be able to do a video on the Bestqool Halfbody red light panel, I’m considering buying it and a video on this would be very helpful, it’s top of the list on amazon when searching for red light therapy panels.

The Move+ does raise some interesting possibilities. For example, you mention using it on your wrist for gaining some systemic benefits in addition to the targeted use of this product. Mitochondria are not freely floating in the bloodstream, so applying red light to the wrist would not directly affect mitochondria in the blood and increase ATP systemically, but I assume that some other benefits may accrue? That is an area that would be of interest for further discussion. Similarly, it seems that another demographic that would seriously consider this device are day and multi day backpackers (or thru hikers) to treat joints as they stiffen up (as mine now do after about 12km and 500 vertical meters or more of altitude gain).

@LightTherapyInsiders 11 месяцев назад
Hey, yeah the wrist benefits are due to blood irradiation. I will do a blog on this soon. It's size is very benefical. I just got back from a 2 week trip and I carried the Kineon in my day pack and the Chroma Ironforge in my check in luggage.

@@LightTherapyInsiders Watched the interview with Forrest Smith and it was worth it. I'm thinking that there has been some good feedback from existing users (such as yourself) which will make Gen II of this device very attractive. Also, will look forward to that Blog, and will now go and delve into the Ironforge you mention.

It doesn't have a very large treatment area, I mean you could use it on the gut but it's a much smaller device.
