Kineon Move+ Review - Can This Device Heal Most Pickleball-Related Injuries? 

Would you suggest the 14mm or 16mm Kineon Move+? I’m thinking the 16mm will have a little more plow through on my knee/ankle.

After just a few weeks of recommended daily use, I can confidently say that it has really worked curb the inflammation and pain almost completely. Thanks John, when you first mentioned the kineon during one of your kewcasts talking about how it helped your shoulder, I decided to give it a try. I had really bad knee issues after I first started getting into pickleball because I was so overweight. I'd barely be able to walk at work or at home after a long day of playing pickleball. Using kineon it's helped my recovery time immensely, I'm able to play more pickleball and walk around and live my life without being in pain barely being able to walk. It took about a month of use twice a day before I saw any results.

Picked one up after you and Eddie spoke about it a few weeks back. I’ve only had it for a week but so far so good.

I use a panel from Mito Red Light that uses four wave lengths. It speeds up recovery dramatically. Had a calf injury and was back playing lightly in a few days after using red light, massage gun and freezer wraps. Good panels are expensive but worth it. Very important topic.

I bought this, using for a week on various joint pains and it seems to have a benefit versus just heat therapy

I like how your considering pre-pain usage. Might incorporate that myself.

John is there any world where you could test the Wilson Blaze Pro Tour 16, which is their top of line paddle they recently dropped? I've been dying to figure out how it stacks up against the other current paddles that are solid, within your paddle metrics. I am constantly checking your database to understand more about the current market of paddles. Thank you!

I’ve have knee pain and after seeing a doctor and getting some X-rays, it was determined I have some osteoarthritis and possibly a partially torn meniscus. I received a cortisone injection and that didn’t help much. I asked if red light therapy would work and basically they said “red light therapy will not help my condition”. Can elaborate more on your knee and the results? Thanks

So I'll start by saying I was skeptical, fully expected I may have to use the 30 day return policy and was hesitant to spend this much. Purchased using your code and I've had it for 3 days. I've noticed a considerable improvement in my tennis elbow and sore shoulder that have been bothering me for about 3 weeks. I'm not sure yet with my knees, but they do say to give it 3-4 weeks of daily use. Anyway, I'm a believer. 60 years old and I've been playing pickleball a little over a year.

I’ve used red light therapy on a broken ankle. It sped up my recovery. So when kineon came out, the portability attracted me so I ordered one. For the 1st week all 3 light units worked, 2nd week 1 unit stopped working, 3rd week a 2nd unit stopped working. I’ve since gone back to the Hooga red light therapy panel. Great idea, but individual light units are undependable.

Saw this unit discounted to 385 and still didn’t pull the trigger. Hard to pay that much for what amounts to be some lights when I don’t know is the effect is placebo or really any different from the cheaper red led light options ….

Very pricey. I bought the Rojo 900 panel, 12" x 36 for $1,100 US, 5 wavelengths, 10 smart modes and floor stand. Works great.

Seems their price is all over the place. Got it for $346 with your code not quite two weeks ago. I do have some ideas on a possibly better strapping system.

There are similar devices on Amazon with the same technical specs incl. the wave length ranges except that they cost about 10 times less. Any reason I should pay that much?
