I hope you liked my Kineon Move+ Pro Review! The Move+ Pro is a strapped red light therapy for joints device containing lasers and LEDs. The Move+ has been made to emit light directly into the synovial joints, thereby gaining deeper penetration, partially due to red light therapy pulsing, which emits 660nm and 805nm light. Also, if you want to buy a Move+ Pro from Kineon, use discount code AFERGUS10 for 10% off and the following link: aferg.co/kineon - upcoming products will be added soon to the Kineon offerings.

I own this unit. The lights ARE synchronized - one button turns them all on or off. BUT they can get out- of- sync if you use them individually. If you look on the web instruction manual, there is a procedure to re-synchronize them. I am using the Move on my knee, I also like it but the strap could be improved.

Interesting about the 8:10 wavelength, since this is heavily researched for brain applications. I suppose one could use the strap to keep the unit against various areas of the head.

@kell7195 Год назад
Interesting, I'd say being a Lazer device it would have to pulse so it didn't cause damage, you don't have to do that with LEDs so no idea why panels now have pulsing? Nifty little device, I've gota Flex Beam recently as my first Red light device, seems to work pretty well but for those with knee or joint issues maybe the more targeted lazers would be better? I remember the leading doctor researching all this saying depth and targeting doest really matter as systemic effects spread out from even surface red light near IR exposure.
@AlexFergusdotcom
@AlexFergusdotcom Год назад
I'm not sure if all Lasers have to be pulsed. Yes there is evidence that the systemic benefits are quite powerful, but then we also see data showing that targeted treatment on a problematic area helps heal that area quite fast. If I had a sore knee I would definitely be treating the knee and not my back for instance :P
@pippybaby
@pippybaby 8 месяцев назад
Hi. I have a full body panel for overall health. However I was looking for a more targeted device, specifically for lower back and knee pain and also an Achilles issue. I was all set to buy the Kineon move+pro after I saw your review. But I've now watched your review on the chroma Ironforge. Would this be a much better option than the kineon for specific target areas, taking into consideration it's clunkier and double the cost. I just wonder which you'd reccomended. Thanks
@AlexFergusdotcom
@AlexFergusdotcom 8 месяцев назад
Hey, yeah good question. Size is a big differing factor here. If you want something small, discrete, silent and of course battery powered - then the Kineon is going to be the best option. But the Chroma's power is insane so you will get better penetration with that. Have a think about how you would like to use these devices. I mean if you have the panel, maybe the Kineon device will allow more real world use cases as you may see a lot of overlap between the chroma and the panel that you have.
@pippybaby
@pippybaby 8 месяцев назад
Thanks for the reply. One last question. If you take portability and cost out of the equation and base your choice only on effectiveness and performance which device would perform best for hitting specific target areas. If there's not much between them and it's a toss of a coin situation then ideally I'd go for the Kineon. However if the Chroma totally out performs the Kineon then I'd definitely go with that. Any further advice is much appreciated. Thanks

Hey Alex, I got mine this afternoon, and it does have bluetooth. If I turn on any one of the three modules, the other two turn on simultaneously. I don't know if that is something new they implemented since you got yours, or if there is a setting to turn it on. I also tested with my RF meter and it is definitely putting out a bluetooth signal, which I have mixed feelings about.

Hi Alex. I have the opportunity to buy the used flexbeam at a really good price. I'll be using mostly for my lower back, but also my shoulder and knee. @AlexFergusdotcom
@AlexFergusdotcom 11 месяцев назад
Oh lasers are just cool right :P lasers deliver a more precise wavelength compared to LEDs. So you're getting more energy at a particular wavelength. One of the main reasons why the Kineon Move+ is so popular is because of the portability/convenience factor. You're getting that light delivered right into the joint from 3 sides, the light is right on the skin (no loss of reflection etc) AND you can move around with it. I'll do a video on this
@Arrasel
@Arrasel Месяц назад
Red light therapy started with lasers. It was called low-level laser therapy. Lasers are the best. LEDs are cheaper option. I doubt we can afford a body panel made with lasers. One would have to sell their house.

@mikahundin
@mikahundin 11 месяцев назад
The Kineon website has a "FDA cleared" emblem on the product page. So that's good! How are cleared and approved different? FDA Approved is a higher standard, because the safety and effectiveness of the specific product has been tested. FDA Cleared is a lower standard, and in many cases the product is cleared because it is similar to an existing product, rather than that it has passed rigorous independent safety trials. That's not a negative - it just means it has not been through the lengthy process of approval, which is likely expensive and time intensive.
