It's not concerning, that's just a portrayal of good voice acting! He's not just blabbering and has some consistency to the way he talks, so its not impossible to decipher it. Reminds me of working with patients at my unit who aren't necessarily nonverbal, but communicate thru mumbled speak and minimal words rather than regular English. Boomhauer is a ridiculously realistic character

For those who don't know: Boomhaur's voice was inspired by a voicemail that Mike Judge received from an irate critic of Beavis & Butthead. The critic kept calling the show "Porky's Butthole," adding to the voicemail's legacy.

Yes Mike Judge said he got the idea from a fan who was a Beavis & Butthead fan and thought the show was called Porky’s Butthole. Which he protrays as Boomhouer.

Don't know if anyone knows this, but Boomhauer's accent is actually Alabama, not Texas, my dad went there on a business trip once and he said they ALL talked like Boomhauer, lol the other three are, but I get the feeling Boomahuer is from Alabama.
