But in his eagerness to prove he is in control of the story and no one gets to tell him what to do, Stanley leapt from the platform and plunged to his death. Well done, Stanley. We all think you're very powerful.
Man, it has almost been 10 years since this Video was released, and I know that the Game is much older than that, yet it still holds up, even today. You gotta admit, that's impressive! I thank AGD for making this Remake, and I thank you for showing me all the ways I can lose. I sincerely thank both of you from the bottom of my Heart!
Did you expect to just FLOAT BY UNNOTICED!? There are *SOME* intelligent guards out there!! Your experience in underwater combat is lacking. You were EASY prey for the Sharkees. Perhaps DISCRETION is the better part of raiding a castle treasury? You HAD a window of opportunity... but you tossed the latter out of the former. The guards MIGHT have lost interest in chasing your seahorse, but they were *QUITE* interested in chasing *YOU!!!*
I have to admit, the quality looks ALOT better than the original vids. And the extra death was lulzy.Guess Sharkees get more interested in chasing humans.*shrugs* Makes me want to install the game and play it.*reminds self to do so later*
@shadyparadox Well, seeing as how sharks of any type are usually dangerous in King's Quest games, I thought maybe waiting around one would be fatal this time around too.
Well, I suppose I could. But what exactly would the point be? The game is offered free at the AGDI website, so I would suppose that the best experience would just be to go play it yourself. I could certainly do it if you insist, but generally I would record a playthrough for the nostalgic crowd that can no longer run old games on newer systems.
Well, the hand on the door just gives the same result, unless you think Graham budging several pixels makes it different (I don't). The sword on the guards at that location just gives the message, "Your sword is far too heavy and cumbersome to wield underwater. You'd best resort to a non-violent approach, Graham." It's not a death; I can run away easily.
All the dying has kind of turned me off to trying it myself, I'm better off just watching a deathless run, since you seem to be pretty keen at it. I'd just be sitting there pausing it every 5 seconds to look at gamefaqs.
Well, most of these deaths you actualy have to be insanly stupid or go out of your way to actualy get, so the game's a lot easier then you might think from these vids.
Hey, it's OK. I said "most." I make mistakes like that every moment of my life nowadays, so it's not like you're the dumbest guy on the planet or something.
