Chest harness is 👍 Sago palms look great when they are taken care of. But look horrible if left unattended. If the mites are left untreated it will suck the life right out of the plant. Quick Tip # the milwaukee m12 saws all makes fast work on leaf removal and they are pretty small .I seen Bladesofgrass using one on a video. I have always used my battery saw all. But it is a little bulky .
Ron Hart I’m thinking about trying the battery saw this year I saw a buddy of mine use one to trim some Sylvester palms last year I like the idea it being light weight. I guess as we get older we need all the help we can get. Lol
Australia here the Sago palm that’s is also a cycad is very poisonous to children and animals I.E dogs and cats if eaten .I have a large sago Palm when pruned dispose of everything correctly .or in the US is the sago a something different with the same name regards from down under and stay safe 🇦🇺🦘👍.
Could you talk more on the plant that has the double heads is that normal with seagulls once they get tall enough or is that unusual for a plant to split into more than one head and if it is what do you do to maintain it or can you remove the second or third head thank you
Quick ? Moreno . What do you think is causing the brown spots in the boxwoods in your video ? I have seen the same thing on some of my properties. I thought I may have gotten herbicide drift. But after seeing your video . It has made me wonder 🤔
Ron Hart yeah we had a big problem with mites this past year and the boxwood got hit the worst. Check your boxwood for mites and also see if they have little red spots it could also be a fungus.
Not really sure how old they are. Sago are very slow growers . But I know for sure they are more then 19yrs old . I read somewhere that at age 50 sago should be 10 -12 ft tall
