Kingdom: New Lands - Island 1 any% Clean Start [ 

Yes, the boat is sometimes really far away from the dock. I had to restart a lot, to get this kind of island. I think you commented on another video, about being fast on island 1, but i can't see it anymore. Getting a boat spawn that's close to the dock (It can add multiple minutes, just to move the boat from a farther position, compared to a closer one.) 2. Focus on building the boat and ignore other stuff. (The unicorn helps a lot.) 3. Cut down trees between the boat and the dock. (The workers move the boat faster, when there is no forest.)
