I would have to disagree, jared has been playing the same bass lines for the last 5 years, first 3 albums were class, 2003 leon would be so disappointed with how this band has turned out
what an ass. get over yourself with these pathetic I remember what the band used to be like back in the day statements because you think your opinion on this is so important. regardless of how good their new songs are you'll never accept it even though that deep down you know you love it and that you are a bloody twat. people change and get older artists grow and get stronger. deal with it.
A galera criticando e eu tô aqui extremamente animado com essas novas músicas e como sempre impressionado com a destreza do Caleb pra tocar, enfim, amo essa banda e que bom que não sou o único animado
Jared's creative bassline is back. That, and Matt's new guitar sound make this sound so refreshing. I need to go to Vault 111 and get myself frozen till October 14th. Can't stop my silly smile :))))
Love all 3 songs I've heard so far. These dudes man. I can't put in to words..from the first time in 2003 to this.. they just get better and better. Is it fair that they can possibly creep into my top5 top6 or 7? Already? I'm 40. Years old and love a lot of music man. They are making up ground that no other band could make up.. anyway.. cheers!
My corner, you'll find me every day The boys come out That's where we like to play Gonna tag along, I'll set the way Gonna try to get high What price you gonna pay Been around the world, been around the world The stormy gates and the maiden Pearl All around the world, all around the world I lost myself and found a girl Keep dancing, like its ya last time We're so thin ice, swimming in July When the curtain falls, I'm on your seal What sweet surprise, she said to me Been around the world, been around the world The stormy gates and the maiden Pearl All around the world, all around the world I lost myself and found a girl Take it all the way, take it all the way All the way All around the world, all around the world I lost myself and found a girl
Yeah I love this song, hope the rest of the album has a similar feel. It's just so tight; not dreary and safe like the last couple of KOL albums have been.
Yesterday, when i heard this song, i think, omg this song is very amazing, i appreciate this track, i think this record to be the great marvelous of the year.
I've had people tell me again and again that putting on a show is the most important thing live (that's Nashville). But Kings doesn't do shit live except make sure they sound great. And it's working damn fine for them. Matthew killing it on the leads!
Jake White your right. Caleb just can't seem to connect with the audience. He is a bit shy. He is a very good guy but he's just a very shy performers they just play music.
Guy in the background looks like Timothy Deaux?? Love the song - Caleb's voice is sounding fantastic! Can definitely hear the change in sound from working with a different producer for this album.
Ok, so 'Waste A Moment' sounded like the same safe formula that they've been using since 'Sex On Fire' and 'Use Somebody' which they carried through the whole of the next two albums. I just hope they haven't over produced the album version of this song because it sounds like proper KOL. I'll be happy with an album that's on par with 'Only By The Night' just to get things close to being back on track.
