Wow bro I can’t say more than thank you for all you kind words. Without you guys this was not possible and I also hope that with time all manufactures they see the importance to work with us directly. I’m with conversations with Kingsong we will see if in the future I can work closely with them like I’m doing since the launch of the inmotion v8f with inmotion. I think Kingsong have a lot of potencial but they need to go forward with there way of being in the market so they can push there product to the next level

Yeah I believe that you didn’t take it to the real world obvious with your weight compared to mine (less than 75kg) you could break better but the wheel have very bad issues in there. If you compare it head to head and you take it into your daily commute you will feel what I’m saying even with your weight because your weight will not change depending on the wheel that you ride. :) hope that you are well and your shoulder is fully recovered im also fighting since December to get back my right shoulder but is been hard

Wow I’m so happy that you like the video took me an entire day off to put it together so happy that some of you guys appreciate all the effort that I put to make this videos and maintain a full time job + family responsabilities

But in here the problem is that the wheel feels really like a prototype but the wheel was already sent out to distributors

The problem is that the design is the design at this point. Those suspension sliders can't be fixed it would take a full design change

Like I said on my review at this moment I will definitely not put my money in a so amateur wheel.. and if you think about it kingsong never done a wheel above 84v and when they try it they blow up badly so yeah I will not bet my money on this and like I show you that structure where your suspension moves will give you problems really soon

I’d be wary of buying batch 1 wheels. They usual fix issues with each batch. Batch 2/3 may have less issues/more refinements

@@Ukreefside I'm hoping the fire and feedback from the community caused KingSong to fix "batch one". I actually didn't realize how niche EUC's are. Almost experimental tech.

@@MADpack I agree with what you're saying. Your suggestion are quite extensive and yes would require a complete hardware re-work. That being said I'm keeping my S22 Pre-order. Worst case I have an Off-road only wheel and buy another one next season. Thanks for all your hard work!

Hopefully I don’t need this for living so this is just a hobby and a passion and even if I need this to live in the moment I will not be honest I will lose you guys that to reach where I am now took me 4 years of sacrifices and loads of ours filming and editing

For the few feedback that I got already about the master I think they are different wheels but I will have to wait to see and test it

Me too they still have not learn the lesson the continue to not hear us and do what they think is better. You can see that who develops this wheels are not daily riders otherwise they will spot this out.

@@MADpack Marco what do you think about the Master? Does it seem promising to you? Do you have any reservations atm just given what you know so far? Also I don't think KS is gonna be able to fix the issues especially the bigger structural problems...Which is a bummer I was really looking forward to getting a suspension wheel and was probably gonna shell out for the S22 in the Fall.

When more I see about the master less I think that is the wheel for me.. I think is a good wheel but not a city rider and in the same time that back stand makes it not a wheel to take for jumps. It will be a game changer in performance (when we talk about power) but built construction is less refine than the hero.suspension It will continue to be inferior to the s22 but that is not a doubt. I’m still very curious to understand the suspension that we will find on the v13 I would love after riding the s22 to find a similar suspension on it but with the comfort and ease to ride of the v12 and with the range of a begode EXN I will be very happy… I can only wait and speculate that we will have the best EUC in the market soon. So much silence from them for so long they are trying something that we never saw (extended battery for the weekends maybe?)

I can’t consider the rs anymore since that lack of waterproofing and the motherboard on the bottom and if you use on the winter you need to tape all your handle so no handle for you makes me look to the rs as a no option

I'm getting a v12ht as my next wheel after my 16x. Going to.wait a few years before a pay 3000+ for a suspension wheel. Not getting caught up in all the hype to be a company's testbed.

That was kingsong after the fire in New York they released a new update 2.19 and they call it s22 to make us believe that the issue is gone with a software update but far from truth

Yeah we definitely want more testing the big issue is lack of competitors when more we will have more tests they will do and fight to be the safest option on the market

If someone makes a RU-vid search of s20 the video of the s20 fire will pop up but name change helps avoid that bad publicity.... Just my thought on it.... 🤔

Hi there I didn’t try the Sherman max but I believe the experience will be similar to previous version. They are completely 2 different wheels.. because of the sliders I will not put my money on the s22 to be honest sherman is a wheel mature and that you know what to expect but depends on your needs per example is not the wheel for my day to day. What are you looking for?

@@MADpack Well! I was really looking forward to the s22. Love the looks and the suspension would have been the cherry on top? But! Seen a few videos where the fasteners are of poor quality, corrosion developing in such a short period of time. Then those suspension sliders. I can only imagine a lot of maintenance to keep it in good working order. The other problem is, its such a pain to access those sliders

I ride ks 16x. Love it.

16x have its limitations since I normally ride around 60kph I will not be able to enjoy the 16x anymore and also was for me a very bad wheel brought me a lot of problems. Obviously they made it better since but the speed and also the lack of water proof is a big no no for me

@@MADpack It's my 1st and only wheel and I felt like limiting myself to 30 miles an hour would be safe and I saw it was pretty durable.

Now it can be better but for me that I ride constantly in the rain and after all problems I had (ks send me a batch 1 when they promise me a batch 2, innershell broken without doing jumps just riding, half of the speakers stop working and dead on arrive motherboard that ks took 5 months to accept to send me a replacement) was enough to every time I hear 16x I can’t say is a good wheel. Loved the way it rides even if slow now for me enjoy the light and visibility of it and how comfortable it was. And the trolley handle continue to be one of the best on the market

Hi there first thank you for your comment. Second yes I like to see how is things speed battery etc but that’s my opinion you don’t have to agree. Second even stopped it doesn’t tell you the amount of battery it shows you a graphic of a battery but you don’t know how much battery you have. So for me that’s not a pleasant experience on that subject but once again is just my thoughts if you disagree if it’s good for you I’m cool with that. Big hugs

You have solutions to connect to your watch example you have a Garmin you can connect you wheel with darkness bot and the DarknessBot will connect to your watch. Inmotion have done a watch but is only compatible with v8f and v11 not with v12. Related to do yourself yeah you could buy a motherboard and motor plus batteries and do it but I don’t see the point

@roye6961 before buying an electric unicycle you need to understand your need? Is just for fun? Is to commute? Off road or just road? Do you live in a building without an elevator? What is your weight? Speed is important? So many things before deciding

@@MADpack honestly, at this point i dont care about what exactly i might want, my nikola plus with 1800wh wont charge anymore after only 900km, considering the infamous begode lg battery packs, its not even worth to pay for a diagnosis, i have to throw it in garbage. I just want a wheel i can turn on and ride without fear. I guess my only option is veteran sherman? or maybe v10f. I guess im looking for the most reliable wheel with safest battery packs. I can sacrifice comfort of suspension for reliability.

@roye6961 when you put v10f and Sherman in the same line there are massive differences… depends if you want speed or not I would have a wait and see the InMotion v14 if you are in a rush Sherman max or Patton

@@MADpack the production models solved that issue with the openings and I was talking about the colors, not you . You talked about the wheel loosing the look without the stock pads, just put some sweet looking pads on the side and make em all the same color and it will look just fine! I didn’t watch your whole video because you were just being so negative I couldn’t listen If you would just talk about what you noticed without all the emotion I would have payed attention …. @@MADpacksome people love this wheel some people hate it , but your one of the few people that have just commented on the potential bad things about the wheel but most of those things aren’t really a issue, we will see later if the sliders get mud stuck in them but right now that’s not a issue, we will see about the other things but this is a great wheel the positives outweigh the negatives so I’m really not worried about your comments and feeling of this wheel, I just thought I’d do you a favor and let you know you are coming off as more negative than you should be unless you just choose not to like this wheel and it sounds like that’s what your doing but if you don’t want to take my advice then it doesn’t bother me… it will only bother you in the long run regarding small issues of wheels, go ahead get grumpy about the slider and the foot peddles and the wheel and the handle and everything else you think is horrible on the wheel…. That’s not my issue and it’s not a issue for most people who get this wheel. We don’t buy a wheel like this for the handle and the potentially muddy slider.. we buy it because it’s the best hardcore suspension wheel to sent it on and it has a few set backs, but the positives outweigh the negatives and apparently you don’t see that … it’s not a RS, it’s a king song wheel, it’s not gonna be like a RS , but it’s a massive upgrade in safety and performance and suspension from the S-18 and just because one person thinks this wheel sucks doesn’t mean I bought a bad wheel man.. go ahead and let us know about the issues you see, but let us decide if it’s a good wheel or not. @@MADpack Well... It doesn't help :)) still two wheels. I wanted to get the Inmotion S22 for long term, but I guess it won't be a good choose, and the rest are not sure if a good buy for long term, since they don't have proper suspension.

Hi my friend I had issues to break also in the original position a bit less but not a major difference but to accelerate that was night and day so is not the fault of the pedal position bro. Related to the screen makes no sense what you are talking for that why having a screen? And yea the s22 is much better than the s18 until a certain point… the s18 was a boring wheel the s22 gave me some great moments. But is more than ridiculous some options they made on this wheel

I said multiple times during the 24 minutes that is a prototype but is in my opinion so much hardware issues that is a shame that you can order something that is far from perfect. Like I said this is an amazing prototype but nothing more than that

@@MADpack No, and I don't mean to be rude. But if you go to 18:40 and watch for a minute, you mix your idea of 'good prototypes' in with the general idea of a pre-production device. I think you then use your comparison to the V12 pre-prod to say the Kingsong isn't ready enough. To be clear, I'm aware of what you've said in the video. Hence me mentioning the suspension slider bit as valid criticism even at pre-production. I was specifically saying that bits like the screw length are a non issue for a pre-production device. TL;DR. I agree with what you are saying in general, but was disagreeing about the screw lengths being something of concern for batch 1 (2) buyers.

It is since this is a pre production that have basically no time to make changes you could order this wheel last summer man… I compared to the v12 since I get it in the same stage. Inmotion asked me to make 1000km on it and give my feedback and that was a product that you could see what close to finish this is literally a prototype should never be possible to order it.. is far from acceptable.. so sorry I don’t take one word of what I said bro. And 1/2 batch should be treated as 3/4 batch they are customers

In this case the height is more than just a preference since in the normal position you struggle even more to break because the wheel doesn’t want to curve so you can’t kick to the side to break (and the breaks are already really bad) and beside that when the wheel wants to curve the tire lose the grip so the passage of weight is to brutal passing from 8 to 80 and making riders crash with the s22

@@MADpack the simple fact is that there isn't another wheel design that can hold up to me and my terrain and I want to have different tires on my rides. I'm all out on gas and all in on EV. I've got a couple tadpoles I'm upgrading to CVT/belt/mid drive as well as my fat tad is getting suspension upgrades because I keep breaking it. ;-) I would recommend The Eagle for NOBODY unless you're doing trail riding ONLY. Which is what I do (I live about 25-30 minutes from Brown's Camp OHV park). After the second time I got hit road riding, I sold all my road stuff and went trail only (that was back in probably 1996). I have one dirt bike left and it's also for sale, but people are afraid of it because it's a bored out and overbuilt apex predator and they have trouble staying on it. I can't in all honestly preorder a third until I sell that machine - and by selling my last gas machine I also get to get rid of all the oil, lube, cans, rags, etcetera and replace it with nice clean power packs and energy harvesters plus some extra space for more refreshments...or MORE WHEELS! I have a V10F that I use a little but I really really don't like riding anywhere near main roads, much less on them. I have a V12 NIB that if I can flip that for most of what I paid for it and get my last gas ride sold, then I can fund the third wheel. I'm not going to buy three different ones because if there's a flaw then I can fix it in all three and be done with it. I'm going to have to do work on ANY wheel I get, so the diversity of having three suspension wheels IMO is far outstripped by being able to do upgrades to all my trail rides at once, if need be.

@@MADpack Also I couldn't have made most of my decisions in an educated way without all the content and demos enthusiasts such as yourself take the time and effort to put up. Most people don't realize that even if someone is throwing up raw video it's still a time sink, and if it's quality content with decent production, well that's not magic either and often takes more time than shooting the footage itself.

@@MADpack Yes I just didn't want to seem like I was being too flippant but there is a definite reason for something like the S22 to exist. In all fairness, I kind of wish it had *less* battery pack because 10 miles of trail is already a lot of work and most people (including me) will need a break long before that. I hope to get some footage up and some streams of events here - there was a lot of bad hype about Oregon a couple years back and I'd like more people to visit, once everyone can visit - it's open here right now. The mask mandates were lifted over a month ago and most places are back open for business; concerts and festivals are back on for summer 2022. The whole Oregon coast is public property, for instance (yes, you can drive on it pretty much wherever you want). Waterways up to the high watermark are protected for public right of way and in most cases you can actually free camp in unimproved areas for a few nights up to 2 weeks (legally). There is plenty of city and urban areas to play in, I just don't like getting hit while riding. Portland International Raceway rents time and facilities to enthusiast groups so people can bring their own cars and motorcycles; there is also motocross every Thursday for the past like 20 years - I hope to get some laps in between events to show people where EUC tech is going and can go. I do look forward to riding the stairs in my town here, there are thousands of them everywhere, they're nearly all stone or cement, and it will take days if not weeks to document them all (by riding them). If I can get enough people interested then we can probably get some bigger events in some great venues going on, maybe even some that can span a few days (again, we have plenty of camping, improved and unimproved). I'm especially interested in seeing how EUC races will go on clay flat tracks, which there are at least 10 left in the state IIRC.

So how you make sure that where you’d wheel goes up and down it doesn’t get dirty? So the screen on our ass is for what bro? What’s the reason behind that? The lack of breaking on this wheel what is the reason behind? And by the way how long you used ride with the s22? No bro the s22 is a software change from the version 2.17 (fire version) and after fire 2.19. When you turn on the wheel it even say s22. If you think the opposite check other reviewers that have the wheel like bonheur sur Seine and you will get the same answer :) hugs

Can you imagine some review od Tesla model 3 where they upload software from model X and review it as a new cheap of model X that has not been even released yet and call it a day? :D Nobody has the production wheel yet so nobody knows what all changes they will make. So I think that you just released review to something you've never even seen :)

@@MADpack All EUC’s are made in China. Chinese manufacturing leaves much to be desired in the way of quality. But I can’t buy an euc made in Germany. So, I buy Chinese euc because I love to ride EUC’s. That’s all.

I don’t work for anybody because for that someone should pay me. First of all also I used to work with kingsong that was the first company to have me on board on EUCs but they didn’t like how honest I was.. If I was bias I will just say that I hate or this wheel is better. If I was bias I would say that inmotion is my favourite wheel of the year since they send me there wheels but until now for 2022 my favourite release is the begode hero. Nobody pay me to say a thing the moment that a company ask me for that I’m out… by the way when I worked with ks they offer me a ks s18 to don’t release content but my answer was no. To the s22 or to a power pad?
