How was your xperience with Kinu. I compared it with Comandante. And the result, even under 2mins brewing time with V60. Kinu already extract all the flavour, and intense. While Comandante took 2.10sec minimum time to get that flavour. If I go more than 2mins Kinu will give overxtract taste and bitter. So that my personal prefrences
I don’t have Comandante to compare, but definitely both are excellent hand grinder. I use Kinu mainly for espresso. What is the setting you use for pour over?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I read somewhere that you shouldn't adjust the grinder with the beans inside already. Not sure if it's apply to Kinu though.
