I would like to see the finished floor. Nice work. It's going to give your next renters a clean and beautiful floor! I know they don't always appreciate it, but you do provide a clean, functional rental.
Nice video. Unfortunately some people think they are entitled to steal whatever they want. I have had materials and tools stolen from a rental property I own and was rehabbing it.
Amazon has some really cheap motion sensor cameras. The only bad thing is they need wifi. I would of walked up to that truck with a gun on my hip lol. Maybe put some signs up that say "You're on camera" or something along those lines. The house looks great
Yeah looks like most cameras need wifi. That's why I went with the ring, it's ok. I put the ring signs in the widows. I've had my fair share of problems but never this many on one property. House is coming along almost done. Working on 2 more videos.
if you have time, knock out a video on how you find your properties, what you typically look for, and the profits u try to get with each one. I typically try to do the 1.25+ % rule. But lately, it's been very difficult in Indianapolis with a lot of outta state money. @@handylandlord
I would think that’s the last thing he puts on before he leaves his house. Heck I live in the country on 11 acres and I don’t walk my property without a piece. I’m more concerned about animals with four legs, but you can never be too careful.
i was doing what your doing and all had my stuff stolen by some crackhead who broke in and not only stole my tools but the water meter. IF someone wants your shit inside they're gonna get it. I am 99% sure it was a neighbor. What my neighbor used to do was keep a wood cutout of a dog on the second floor or on a part of the house that was hard to get too but could still be seen. Good luck brother
Sorry you had that happen. I normally take most of my tools with me. I've had water meters stolen before the city charged me $300 to replace. I put the ring alarm sign in the front window.
