Watching your crew laze along, dodging terrain, makes me miss flying in Vietnam. Given a single ship mission for our crew and aircraft (UH-1H), we would have the freedom to choose our altitude. Fifteen hundred or on the deck. Very few rules. Well a few like physics and an accurate ETA. If I had discovered this type of adventure flying after the military, my life would have completely different.

@trent palmer. Just a FYI Trent iv followed you for over a year now and you have reignited my passion for flying. Currently on my 7th trainng flight out of KFGU collegdale tn. Iv been trying to get in 2 or 3 lessons a week and in love with it. Today we did power on and power off stalls and flew the pattern just wanted to say thank you for pushing me back towards my goals and I'm loving every second of it.

Great video Trent. I know some of you guys fly often together, but once in a while it will be worth adding a little description of the other planes (make and model). Although on this particular video they're mostly foxes. Btw, it always amazes me the banking angle that the Cub can develop.

I'm mindblown at how quick these planes get up to flight speed, especially Trents ride. Taking off in a few dozen yards (maybe less). Looks like a blast but it's also obvious these guys are pretty talented

Flordia is not flat , if memory serves me they have a mountain peak that is 79 feet above sea level. Lollolol I am looking out my window at the Sierras Nevadas right now. They don't have a lot of flat areas but it is easy to turn down hill and land in the desert to the east or valley to the west . If your flight planning was good.

The pilot community looks amazing…much like everyone is out riding motorcycles on the trails(not so much the track), everyone is brothers and the moment you meet your almost instantly friends ready to help each other…love it and can’t wait to fly one day and experience exploration from above and the warmth of embracing that brotherhood…

In Outback Australia they use those helicopters and smaller ones to muster the Bush cattle . So I would say it is definitely Bush Flying

Hey Trent, FWIW, it looks like the tires on Kieth’s plane are Sprint Car tires and wheels. The only reason I know is due to living in south central Indiana. Every Friday night on the south side of town is a serious Sprint Car race. I have never been, but it is easy to see the cars around town. Safe flights!

Pretty sure those are hoosier dirt track tires for things like stock car dirt circle track racing. Thats sweet. That's why experimental is the best. A continuous loop of testing.
