1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder(mild)
1/2 cup melted margarine
43 fingers KitKat
cheesecake:
450g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
500ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
150ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp gelatin(soaked in 3-4 tbsp water)
3-4 tbsp hot water
Chocolate ganache:
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup warm evaporated milk
Toppings:
10 fingers KitKat(more if preferred)
