I played this game so much as a kid. But now looking at it, I find it funny that the robots' reason to go to war is because they lost their farming jobs xD
In some way, though that's only the reason why they advanced. If I remember it correctly, the actually went to war because they deemed neither humans nor mutants worthy enough to live.
The Series 9 were a series of advanced farming robots that gained sentience after the War of 2079. The Series 9 robots grew hateful and vengeful of the humans for destroying their crops, their sole purpose for existence
MAAAANNNN... memories aside from halo wars this was the best rts that worked well on a console I loved to play against my friends on the good 'ol playstation.
So the KKND 1 and KKND 2 had the same intro and ending... I thought the one ive always played is the KKND2 but its only in the cover of the CD... I never played the KKND2...only the KKND 1..I miss this game..
I never beat the Evolved Campaign. I remember being stuck on some mission where they only gave you four elite bowmen and being lost and what exactly they expected you to do. It was almost as bad as the human mission where you have ot protect the one engineer and nothing in the game lets you know you have a base vehicle to the south or that you're supposed to take him to the far east side of the map to trigger reinforcements. That said the human final base was a slog as the Series 9, and considering the Evolve's strength was their superior defensive buildings it would probably be worse.
ahh i had a cd with full of demos when i was 7-9 years old :p. i knew those games only just demos but omfg i still loved to play with them!KKND series, cavewars, fragile allegiance.oooo great old school games :P(i still have the cd just my sister broke it >.>)
Playing is really fun, but when playing two player with friend. It never end the game. It continue till both of us tired and decided to stop playing. We Will never win again another player, because we Will do had equal stance.
same, the cut scenes for the mutants we're hilarious with that guy with the little guy attatched to him, the banter between them was awesome, "mammoth crap pe-ewwwww" loved this game
why in the fans we do not make a petition to leave the kknd 3 or 4 hahahaha it would be fantastic, including ea games had a partner with the creation of this game. let's go let's see kkd3 guys

Those MG guys are more or less inspired by 'Nam war. I DID play KKND2 before. very few RTS in the world follows C&C School. quite a many followed Warcraft2 GUI systems. well did the Evolved gain access to Magicke? i've heard that they can summon a demon via a rite of sacrifice. too bad .. no KKND3. (even if such project has ever existed. i'm dying to know how will it be?)

If it did, it would have been called KKND at sea and would have featured naval units focused on fighting over control of the planet's oceans. At least, that's what I would have expected 😁
