Excerpts from the show "Klaus Nomi - Angel of suburbia" by Sven Henriksen. Recorded live at "Dramatikkens Hus" Oslo, Norway 2011.

With the modern kind of techniques to make pop, electronic music, Nomi would have make a music so wonderful that people wouldn't pay attention to the shity music we have on radios and internet nowadays. Such a great tribute.

PLEASE ignore and forgive the people complaining that YOUR Nomi isn't the REAL Nomi. What you have done here is amazing: working very hard - and with great ambition - to present the spirit of Mr. Nomi and his times . . . and not a clever, unimaginative Nomi impersonation. By creating this how, you were keeping the IDEA of Nomi alive. Congratulations. (A film about Freddie Mercury is being made. No one has seen a frame of it - and yet people are already saying how terrible it will be!)

I think the singer is very good.singing pure counter-tenor fully is extremely difficult,and Klaus was a transcendental voice both in counter tenor and normal range.It would be impossible to find someone comparable to Klaus,listen to the albums and original films for that,but this gives a live sense of the wonder we have lost.

i clearly hadn't known if i liked it or not, until the moment the After The Fall chorus began. A very good rendition. I've started to wanna perform some Nomi's song at one of my performances. Perhaps this one. Though the chorus is pretty tough at least in two places ))) my big personal respect to Øystein Elle. Greetings from Ukraine. Hare Krishna, dear everyone!

Klaus didn't have to resort to cheap displays of his sexual preferences. He had taste about it, it gave him more mystique as an artist. However, it still takes talent to sing like that.

I respected all of it but Total Eclipse was excellent, and since it's my favorite Klaus Nomi song (big surprise there) that means I hold others to a higher standard and you met it. Although Cold Song is probably the musically most impressive thing here.
