Thank you for this! Our bounce rate/inbox provider group is showing up as "other" so not sure how to target that or if we can. Also we noticed very low open rates with only gmail users but want to raise that rather than exclude them. Do you still recommend excluding them until a specific point?

Since gmail users are going to be one of the largest groups of users, I wouldn't recommend excluding them. Was there a change in open rate recently or has it been low for a while? If it just changed recently, do you have DMARC and a branded sending domain set up?

Derek, I love your videos! Can you please make a video on analyzing past emails and determining which emails/angles lead to more sales? I struggling to understand why some of my emails go $300 -$1000 in sales ( the ones I'm not thrilled about)... And the ones I love get no sales (despite getting 50%+ open rates).

Glad you've been enjoying them man! Absolutely, we've got a few new videos coming down the pipes that will help with this. Sometimes the emails look the best/you like the best aren't going to be the ones that resonate most with the customers. At the end of the day, customers vote with their wallets. If the ones you don't love as much perform better, customers are voting and telling you to do more like that. That said though, when we're building out a strategy, we don't aim for all emails to be big revenue drivers. Some may just be building loyalty/retention with valuable/engaging content for readers. Something else to consider!
