Arguably the greatest one minute clip on YT: The Unit walks into frame, Prodigy playing repetitively in the background while we are given the opportunity the admire his fantastic physique. The Unit prepares mentally for the battle, and when he's done, the music changes to give us the feeling that this is it: this is, in faact, the moment we have been waiting for our entire lives. The Unit lifts the bar like it is weightless, all is muscles blows up, drops the bar and the pumped up Unit walks out of frame. The music stops. The work here is done. Goals.
@@imawarrior313 nutritious diet high in protein, lift heavy with big compound exercises. Heavy deadlifts, squats, military presses, clean & press. get lots of sleep.
His type of physic is SO much more appealing then all the shredded blown up body builders out there. This guy SMOKES ALL OF THE BODY BUILDERS as far as aesthetics go.
samrulz7 You fucked up broseph... I would recommend you go buy all the DBZ seasons, skip the gym for a week and devote your life to finishing it. It will serve you well
Recently got into weightlifting and after watching a bunch of vids about it, this came into my recs. I've never heard of him before, I don't know where this man is, but he makes me fear for my life.
С ним все нормально, есть ребенок, живет неплохо, у него есть канал на ютубе, здоров вроди как, вовремя ушел и смог сохранить здоровье и не потратить весь ресурс организма на спорт.
+Pietro Aretino Nope OH Press is a Strict Press where there is no leg drive, this would be considered a push press because he uses leg drive to give the bar momentum and finishes out the drive by pressing the shoulders. It is called a thruster when the momentum of a front squat is translated into a push press
the amazing thing about Klovkov is his physique with his strength. usually when lifters get to these levels of strength, they usually carry a fair amount of fat as well. He is shredded for someone able to throw 400lb over his head like it ain't shit
@@brucewayne4036 5k+ calories? No they don't because weightlifting doesn't require that many calories. No where near running, boxing, cardio etc... You use only around 100 calories for a 1 hour hard workout. Yeah that's actually true look it up.
Amazing: I was expecting a 190kg deadlift, and I was kind of half thinking that is heavy but not impossible for someone in his shape, and then he pressed it overhead!! 😄😆
@@vikoccult7494 The Russians had a lot of contact with the Scandinavians. Many Vikings lived in ancient Russia and the rulers were relatives. Then we fought a lot with the Swedes, invading each other's countries. There is also an opinion that Russians look like Germans.
In Crossfit everything looks like 45 ...lol...If Cross fitters were getting it done they would not need 10s the size of 45s B/C they would be using 45s , and not need that crutch..
NutriFIT nutritie si fitnes just because those terms are missused in crossfit that doesn’t mean they don’t hold real meaning, the dude in the video doesn’t have those muscles only for show
DEADLIFT ADDICT creatine is anabolic but nowhere near as anabolic as steroids. You’ll make significant strength gains but not HOLY SHIT I’M STRONG type gains
David C Creatine only converts ADP molecules (used energy) back to ATP molecules (fuel), which gives in instant energy boost while working out. a high beef/horse meat/lamb/deer/seafood(not fish) diet can provide optimum creatine to body. so no need to buy as supplement.
Shoeb Sheikh you would need to eat several kilos of meat for the same amount you get in a supplement. Check out examine.com for scientific articles on same.
Jesus christ, i have watched this over and over and i dont understand how he could be that fast on the shoulderpress part of this exercise. Enormous explosivity!
