Cool touch screen digital version knight rider dash. Can even switch between the four different knight rider season dash and also change between KITT and KARR especially the voice box. Awesome excellent work you put

Nope, tested it. you can see everything with direct sunlight and there is a special theme with black background and only big white numbers for blind people ;)

@@KnightResearch Thinking of building a replica too... but using a donor that needs a 9inch shorting modification between the B and C pillar, i just need the outer panels with new metal to bridge across to donor car inner panels, finding the glass is a concern tough... Also it`ll be EV converted possibly Tesla or I-Pace motors both can be configured to drive a front and rear diff`s... The I-Pace motor is like a barrel and output shafts at each end so could be put in the transmission tunnel, The Tesla needs it`s inverter re-homing and the drive unit fitted off centre to get the drive to the 2 diff`s and not interfering with cabin space... The I-Pace is about 200bhp, and the Tesla up to 650bhp...
I thought about this for a long while and have looked into ways to do this but never occurred to me to search for a knight rider digital dash until now and what a surprise! switchpods have a "Nextion Nx4832t035 3,5 Zoll" connected to an "ESP8266 D1 mini controller" Switchpod buttons only send a command to the raspberry in the dashboard and the raspberry plays the sound
all digital things work such as turn,- park,- security- highbeam lights.... i hope this year i finish all other signals with all other car signals (speed, engine speed, water temp...) through the aldl interface directly via bluetooth or wifi directly to my software
