Getting a food sensitivity test is not a magical solution. Before investing in a food sensitivity test, make sure 1) it’s something that will benefit your situation 2) you get the right test 3) you know what to do with the information you collect. Always remember eliminating foods due to a food sensitivity is a short-term solution that helps calm down inflammation, but it’s NOT a long-term solution. The goal is to fix the root causes.
