When someone with a gun continues to walk towards you after telling them to not come any closer but they continue - that’s when you legally can defend yourself because you were in fear for your life. I've only been watching these videos for about a month now, big nick is great. I'm a 65 year old white male, I was taught to obey the law, but after watching these videos I see that we definitely need more people like big nick out here fighting for our rights. As soon as I can I'm going to buy myself a camera, learn more about the constitution and laws and start doing these videos myself.

Darn, can't let them go without holding them accountable! Bare minimum is demand for incident # , police report, then file a complaint. Otherwise, the cop will simply harass his next victim.
