These multi tools are great and definitely have their place!

I’ve had one for a few years. They simplify certain jobs so much. My only complaint with these is that the blades are a bit pricey for what they are (in my opinion).

Good review Barry. I put up OSB on the inside of my garage a couple of years ago and had a similar issue with alignment with the studs. I used a Dremel 4" circulating saw set to the thickness of the OSB, but used an oscillating multi-tool to cut the outlet and switch openings. Kobalt also makes a cordless 4" circulating saw that you may want to look at.

My only complaint is that you didn't remove the tool's power source (battery) prior to changing the blade. Don't want to oscillate a finger off.
