Sleep an additional 30 minutes each night...2-3 hours just won't cut it...you need 2 /1/2 - 3 1/2 hours a night...stop being so hard on yourself. LOL you gotta love Kobe!
Simple! Possibly the best advice you can give anyone - getting an extra at least 30 minutes sleep a night! Sleeping is a difficulty for so many people too

I tried it meditation I almost fall alseep and Iam inside school but I heard voices in my dream but nobody was near me.......... and I had headset with podcast on.
😔😔 Sorry to let you down Kobe but I've had an incredibly hard time falling asleep my entire life. Most times it would literally take me trying to sleep laying in bed for a few hours before I can even fall asleep... So I've been hooked on sleeping pills the last 12 years of my life just to sleep. I expect kidney failure to happen to me pretty soon.... Oh well that's life.
