To everyone saying it's an unfair comparison. It's not supposed to be a comparison. They want to show the difference between a fast car, and a really fast car.

the m6 is very heavy id say at least 1/3 heavier than the agera, if im not wrong its not even 650hp, and its most-likely higher of the ground too. as far as I have seen, the only carbon fiber on the m6 is on the center console and dash board lol no matter how bad of a driver you might be, if you were driving the agera you would win against the m6
Auto Motor & Sport is a German motor magazine from the start that got a Swedish section i think. They arent comparing, they are just showing how fast it is since the M6 is a very fast car and beat nearly everything on 4wheels in a straight line.

Who the fuck doesn't understand it's for comparison reasons? People know how seriously fast a BMW M6 is and some may even have been overtaken by one. Seeing the Agera R make such easy work of the M6 gives you a good comparison. This is something you kids will never understand.
The M6 people can relate to, maybe they've seen it on the road, maybe somebody they know even owns one and in their minds it's probably a beast. The Koenigsegg 99.9% of all people will never even see. That's why you compare them, to help you and others understand what brute force is in the Koenigsegg.
Koenigsegg destroys a Veyron, go to GTboards youtube channel and watch the Agera R vs Veyron on a airfield and rolling start, the Agera spins on second and third and lose some distance but when the rubber get some grip it's bye bye Veyron.
Of course it isn't serious, it's hard to understand how fast a car like this is but much easier to grasp the performance of the BMW. That's a very fast car and the Agera R being as much faster as it is helps put everything in perspective.
this was actually clever in fact, we all know that a bmw m6 is really really fast, but it is a car with "imaginable" performance and speeds. the koenigsegg however is something from a different dimension (as shown in the video) all the other videos didn't really showed how fast an agera really is, but know we can compare it to more normal cars. so its okay if you look at it that way :D
That's because RU-vid don't recognize Swedish and use similar English words it THINK it hears. For all I care, engine sounds are not restricted to one language. That's the best thing.

They are eventually. The problem is to get a car for the show since they would have to borrow a customercar, fly it to england and let top gear test it. Koenigsegg has their own Agera however it's only the prototype veichle wich woud be retarded to hand out to Top Gear. von Koenigsegg has stated many times that the car will be on top gear, it's just that they have to get a car over.

But they should compare the Agera to a Huayra. The M6 and the Konigsegg are 2 completely different cars. One cost 120 000 bucks and the other over a million.
