The FBI is Ludicrous & Ridiculous at Times. They Grilled Me Hard in the Robert Manwell Case Because I lived in Same Apartment Complex As Roberts Mom & Stepdad. They Had NO Reason for Talking To Me. I found out they Grilled My 2 Neighbors about Me and Even Twisted things Which one neighbor Said in a Bizarre Way They Returned Later and Grilled Me over Why I didn't Tell them I had a Car. I looked at the 2 FBI Guys and said You're the FBI Start acting like it. You have Access to police Records, DMV records etc., Etc. If you'd Done your Homework you'd Know I had a Car. These 2 were more like Keystone Cops & Bumbling Idiots than What Should Be FBI. I told them Get The Computer From Steodads Suburban and Extract the Data in it to Find Roberts body location information I showed I knew More About Vehicle Computer Data than they Did. I firmly believe that cameras should be allowed in the court room during the hearings and the trial. That way the public can ensure that BK will receive a fair trial and that there isn’t anything sketchy going on. That court room is way too small to accommodate everyone that would want to attend the trial if this trial doesn’t end up being televised imho.

Lol guess BK isn't to worried about it so I don't see why the public would be! That court room is gonna be filled with the families of all the victims and BK. Probably reporters, few other lawyers, law enforcement, and other important ppl that are gonna trump the public and they are gonna be handing out numbers like the Depp case. Maybe cameras too we shall see but as to whether it's to make sure he has a fair trial or not should be the least of our worries and more of his when he's the one asking for it.. imho. It is but 100 years ago information and misinformation did not and could not spread in the way it does now. Trials should be public but fairness to a defendant is first and foremost over anything else otherwise we end up with a lot of injustice. There are times when offering every detail to the public runs an incredible risk of witness tampering and intimidation. This show is advocating this because his entire show depends on it. Couple that with a high profile case and previous accounts of jurors lying to get on high profile cases and there's obviously a lot of room for concern. To behave as if this is not an issue and to go as far as to ramble on about home audiences being corrupt as if that even makes sense is ridiculous. The home audience is made up of all kinds of people, good and bad BTW. Juries have many many issues and the conviction rate is extremely high REGARDLESS of the amount of evidence in a given case and that's because there's biased before even walking through the door. It's a real problem. To behave as if it isn't is insane.

No, she said that the expert witness reneged on her testimony, supposedly after some electronic communication with others in her field. The prosecution were notified that she had retracted her expert opinion. She said the prosecution would be negligent not to find out what exactly occured. I'm not sure if this was the best way to go about it though, because of the optics of sending the FBI. That is, the defense are now alleging witness intimidation. The communication of her reneging, and the timing of it should settle the order in which it occured.

And your weak non alibi isn't enough of a splanation. No locations, no witnesses to place you elsewhere, no times, no video of your car vs SV1 at ANY point on the 12th or 13th even with the plethora of videos from that night, no apps to place you elsewhere, no phone turned on, no CAST report jogging your memory of where you were. Nothing freeing this innocent man and not even his lousy lawyer to ask for a dismissal of all charges due to zero evidence. There is nothing wrong with the accuracy of the tests so it is not an issue of reasonable doubt. The question is admissibility. This conversation is so pro-law enforcement that they aren't considering the rights of the defendant or the consumers whose data privacy was breached. The expert is saying that the search criteria can manipulated in a way that ends up allowing them to search a restricted database. The match is correct but they have done an illegal search c.a. found the gun in the suspects house but they only had a warrant for the car. It should be easy to show that the match did not require data from the restricted database so why is the prosecution fighting so hard against showing the defense what they did? They know it is likely that in this or some other high profile case LE did an illegal search. Law enforcement brought this on themselves by breaking the rules and it is heartbreaking that a murderer might get off because of it. Instead of being grateful for familial geneology they have been greedy and misused it in a way that now that the truth is out some major convictions may be overturned.

I agree with Vinnie, we need transparency and we the people deserve to know. Not from the media but with our own eyes and ears. When it comes to DNA manipulation, there was a case on 48 hours where this process was used to compare familial DNA and they pinned it on the wrong guy. The mother of the victim and the accused got together to find justice, so that was an amazing story. More amazing is the fact that DNA was wrong. The authorities were able to manipulate these results, where we all know DNA doesn’t lie. I would be really careful using this method, because it could put innocent people behind bars.

Actually the 6th amendment states a defendant has a right to a public trial. It does not specify that every member of the public has a right to see it. Media and networks like CourtTV want to cover notorious trials to make MONEY. They offer opinion to titillate the public, instead of just presenting the facts. Now, in the Murdaugh case there is an accusation of jury tampering by the Clerk of Court, who admitted in interviews she was considering a book before the trial ever started. Too much coverage can tempt people to do the wrong thing for the wrong reasons. Any case televised should have a sequestered jury.

If the news stations and the public did not find those accused of murder guilty before a fair trial and adhered to not focusing on continuous intensive close ups of the defendant to the point of focusing on his half open fly. Then you would be allowed to film in the courtroom. If the defense succeeds, blame yourselves and spare us the drama of the act you are putting on.

Do these guests do any research before going on these shows? The Defense's witness DID NOT recant her testimony. None of it. These guests are always so disappointing. Cant we just listen to Vinnie do his show alone?
