Today, I'm introducing a recipe for Oi Muchim, a staple Korean side dish.
With its refreshing and light flavor, it's a perfect accompaniment to rice and can be easily prepared using simple ingredients and a straightforward method, making it an accessible dish for anyone.
Ingredients: 175g Cucumber, 20g Chives, 1/2 Onion(65g)
Condiments: 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Schisandra Berry Extract or Green Plum Syrup or 1/2 tsp Oligosaccharide & Lemon Juice, Salt to taste, 1 tsp Sesame seeds crushed with the palm of your hand, 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
