Ingredients: 300ml Water, 10g Dried Shiitake Mushroom, 100g Glass Noodles, 100g King Oyster Mushroom, 80g Onion, 75g Carrot, 200g Oyster Mushrooms
Shiitake mushroom seasoning: 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Black Pepper to taste
Condiments: 5 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Sugar, 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil or Cooking Oil, Black Pepper to taste, 300ml Shiitake Mushroom Soaking Water, 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
