Hello! Today we're sharing two recipes for gim, one of Korea's popular side dishes.
Gim is the most popular seaweed-based food in Korea and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
In this video, we're going to show you how to make both seasoned and grilled gim, and give you tips on how to enjoy it.
Seasoned Gim
Ingredients: 10 Dried Gim(Dried seaweed)
Condiments: 1/2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt, 2 Tbsp Perilla Oil or Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Roasted Gim
Ingredients: 10 Gim(Dried seaweed)
Condiments: 30g Green Onion, 1 tsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Mirim or Water, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Optional: 2 Green Chili Peppers, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
