I saw Korn when I was 12. The lineup was snoop dogg, Korn, then linkin park. I remember standing there during Korn as two dudes grabbed each other and smashed into each other’s shoulders. It was when hybrid theory and follow the leader were out. That concert bred my love for metal. Thanks to my dad for bringing me
Why would you worry about dying at a Korn concert? They don’t even consider themselves a metal band. You should be worried about a slayer concert being the end of you
On first 2 sec when Jon start to scream u can hear his old voice from 94-97 and he changed it fast like he reminded that he cant scream like that anymore XD love it
Grew up in NJ and I saw Korn play one of their 1st shows ever, they were on tour with Biohazard and played at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park, outside in a tent. Nobody knew who they were but when they started rocking, EVERYONE, lost their shit and start moshing. I'll never forget, J. Davies was singing 'Blind' and he literally broke down and started crying on stage. He couldn't finish the song and was helped off stage but that was their last song so everyone cheered him. It was something I'll never forget!
I saw Korn many times back in the 90s. Watching them in Atlanta at the Masquerade (Held about 1000 ppl)...the whole place was a pit. It was the most aggressive show ever and I've been to hundreds of concerts
I do truly believe music is like food youcan't help what you like and don't like it just appeals to you and not just lyrically I mean beats chorus orchestra some people here bueatifull symphony while others just here b.s. noise
Honest question to the comments who are in awe or scared of a Wall of Death, are you kids or something? This is pretty standard for any metal show (korn not being metal exactly but whatever). I kinda noticed that kids these days dont really get down in the pit like we used to not even 10 years ago. I highly recommend it, its an amazing release of energy and feeling.
Looking from the outside i g2 wonder now what kind of cool shit those people who had to clean up after these shows found on the ground? Wallets? Cell phones? Jewelry? Teeth? Money?
techno viking in the top left bleachers. It's legit him I can tell by the chiseled godly form and electric dance moves. pause at 1:34 and check the far left of the second row bleachers hes right under a fat guy in red. He dances earlier in the video if you need anymore proof. The lord lives on.
I can't forget my most recent 3 years ago down in South Texas and that is Cannibal Corpse. I felt like I was gliding to move anywhere and was moshing at that show.
Biggest korn fan here it's likea crossbetween Marilyn Manson with the earie cringing feelthe the pull your face off like a slipknot feel and they have allot of rap hip hop sound in some song's as we'll but tell me as a true metal fan if you don't listen to korn live a rare album loud as u can and that shit don't make youwant to rage and mosh
Philip Cernohorsky I have no idea what that comment was supposed to mean. Poor English and no punctuation make it hard to get the gist of what some one is saying.
I can't wait to go see slayer lamb of God anthrax and behemoth and testament for my second heavy metal show it's him a be fucking awesome I'm only 17 and goijng to three shows
knew a kid who destroyed a random guy in a korn pit, and he has photos of him coming out with a tooth stuck in his finger. gnarly shit man ive never been personally dont really like the music but seems like fun shit
1y later lmao These formed organically, they didn't command it like some of the hardcore bands do I think that's what he meant. They love to interact with the fans so if everyone is doing it you know.
Does anyone have advice for a mosh pit because I've never been in one I've been close to one at a gwar show durijng the bloods of God's tour in Louisville
Cydney Payne just make sure your shoes are tied on tight or you can say goodbye to them, Wallet, money secure and then just go fucking apeshit mental and fucking enjoy my metal friend.....🤘🤘🤘🤘
Make sure your phone and money are save. BE PREPARED to be sent flying so you don't get knocked over. Protect your face but try not to punch others in the face. Don't fall Have fun!
jd said in his steveo interview/podcast that they dont do the wall of death at their shows, i was at this concert, confused me a bit when he said that, had to find this video
Suryo Ardi most korn listeners when asked, say they listen to heavy metal. then they go and mention 5 finger death punch, slipknot, korn, seether, and sometimes nickleback. leave the wall to bands like LOG please.
