Kosmosky Tongue Drum Model Comparison: Woody Tritone, Dvutone, Double-Sided Tongue Drum 

This is the best Kosmosky comparison I've seen (better than their own vids :D) I was set on a 2-sided engraved one, but now I want a Dvutone instead......

Why, oh why, did I decide to check out your channel this evening? I bought a Kosmosky Dvuotone, then a custom double-sided, and now I want the woody! Somebody stop me! Seriously, though, I love your videos almost as much as I love my tongue drums. :)

They're all 3 really nice and very different honestly. I think the woody tritone is my favorite. Cool comparison.

I just bought a Dvotone from Kosmosky and the next day found a 2-sided on eBay from a neighboring town and it arrived in 2 days and so I will soon have 3 Kismosky's as soon as the one from Russia arrives. Your comparison makes it very clear, and I'm so glad that I got both a 2-sided AND a Dvotone.

Love your tutorial on steel drum comparisons. Was thinking of getting a nice steel drum but the ones I like are way out of my budget. Luckily I have such a great imagination I can play these in my mind. Seriously! Anyway I enjoy watching your videos. They are almost meditative. Add your lovely voice and I'm floating in ecstasy. I searched high and low for tongue drum videos and yours have been the best. 💖 I have a question I was hoping you could speak to. I was hoping to buy a tongue drum because I am looking to reconnect with music in a gentle way. I have some music trauma I'm trying to heal despite being a musician myself (not a percussionist but studied a few instruments and was mainly a classically trained singer). I'm drawn to the meditative and soothing sounds of it, and it seems like something I could make music on without feeling the need to study it per se. An easy way to make music freely and eventually joyfully. Would you recommend it to someone who's needing it specifically to bridge a gap between healing and music? Or is it really not a beginner's instrument? (Maybe there is another instrument you recommend?) Thank you for your help!! 🙏🏻 PS Your smile and energy literally light up the internet. Great review! You explained it well …. I LOVE KosmosSky drums …. I’ve got 4 of them … 3 are double sided so 7 scales …. Not only are they beautiful sounding, they’re beautiful to look at!! Great for sound therapy…. 🤗🛸🎶🦋

I have been really enjoying your videos. How is it tonwork with Kosmosky? I want to order my first drum and am located in California in the united states. I am worried the drum wont get to me. How many times have you ordered from them ? And how long has it taken ??

Well 11 months later and it’s much more expensive but worth it. I just got the two sided drum for $465.

Hi Molly! I watched this video when you first put it out. I have come back to it😊 because I have an opportunity to possibly get their drum that has like astrological symbols on it. The list claims it is 13 inches? It may just be that it was measured wrong by the person. Do you know this drum?
