KoTOR - Building Your Lightsaber 

Its funny how in Legends, lightsaber construction was actually just like building a tool with your hands, but the Jedi treated it like it was some holy ritual when the amount of times Jedi lost their lightsabers and would build new ones or the amount of times Anakin broke his and had it easily replaced. Its funny to me. The Sith used Synthetic crystals and it was nothing special, just a tool as a means to an end, and depending on the source material its essentially the same for the Jedi, they just seem to put this air of sacredness around it.

This was actually helpful because I either accidentally skipped or did not hear this dialogue. I kept trying to build a lightsaber with a violet crystal but there is no option to do it. All you need to do is simply swap the crystal which he mentions in this video. Thanks for the help! Playing on Switch, would recommend picking it up if you see it on sale. More content than most modern games. Its almost annoying how long the game is if you run around and actually try to complete the quests. Anyways thanks for helping me get my purple saber early!

Funny thing is that you can actually buy the generic lightsaber hilt featured in this game on stores that sell lightsabers. It's often called "Darth Revan V1". And in fact, I think it's also modelled after Obi-Wan's temporary lightsaber from the third act of Attack of the Clones.

I just finished watching your "Truly Tested" video. So glad to see you pushed through whatever challenges you faced, and glad to see your still going strong. Stumbling upon your videos was more just so I could learn more about Kreia because I am using her in a Star Wars D&D campaign, but a mind like yours deserves to be heard at the very least, and I'm glad to see that your words still have a chance to give off that echo.

It seems as if what Kriea said might not be completely accurate. It seems that the Jedi see the lightsaber as more of a weapon, a ceremonial one, a symbol of their status. While the Sith seem to see lightsabers as a tool. They use it as a weapon, of course, but they don't treat it as a holy relic like the Jedi.

What did you answer to get green crystal?

...I am currently averse to using Sentinel (yellow) lightsabers for the time being, not since a young lass named Marcy Wu was nearly rendered KIA by such an otherwise noble weapon.

Looking back, while I enjoy all the dialogue, Doran’s description of sentinels and especially consulars does not describe the game mechanics well. It’s why I played guardian my first couple playthroughs as a lad
