No one reacts like that :/ With h3h3 in particular, fans reacted because he quite literally insulted the group and their fans. Imagine calling, idk, a hip hop artist gay and saying his fans are people who have a fetish for twinks and jerk off to him. You get how that would get a reaction, right?
@@d..b5490 i think we all can agree that Ethan did say some pretty unnecessary things, but you gotta admit the reactions from kpop stans are pretty hilarious and over the top

@@thvf2381 I know, but they weren't seriously saying it, in fact this whole situation at least on the spanish speaking community blew up from a whatsapp screenshot that said "omg, stan loona died" (autocorrect).
I remember there was a tweet of a girl telling her story of how she got r**ed. A kpop Stan then replied saying “Didn’t you call BLACKPINK fake? You had it coming to you 💀💀💀” it’s honestly disgusting how people can say those things. If I met someone who said that I would smack them so hard they won’t remember what k pop is. Edit: I didn’t mean to come off as thinking EVERY fan is like that. I know a lot of Kpop fans who are pretty chill.
People like that are why I’m ashamed to tell my friends I listen to kpop. I too want to kick their ass. Honestly, I hope they don’t grow up, as people like that should just be sent into space forever, excommunicated
People like these are the reason I haven't listened to much kpop like, maybe one song but I dont remember but i can say this. Idc how good the music is, if the fans(stans) cant take the criticism and keep calling it "racism" then I'm sorry, but kpop is shit. Driving a person to a point of suicide isnt even the tip of the fucking iceberg. All in all these "kpoop" stans can go and suck a fat one. My condolences for the actual fans of the genre who get dragged into this shit. I literally had a friend not talk to me for a week because I told her I liked Eminem better than Loona. Like how are you gonna compare eminem to trash bruh like?
skhilji I can relate . Kpop is not my type of music, but you can’t say anything about it without some stupid 13 year old girl who can’t take criticism calling you racist. It’s honestly so annoying.
honestly as much as i hate kpoop stans in general and would wish they all died brutally, i can say that just cause a group of assholes are assholes it dont mean that other fandoms arent bad i mean just look at the steven universe fandom, the kpoop community is worse then them.
even being in the “kpop fandom” if that’s a thing, the fan cams on every. single. tweet. and attacking people for differing opinions be mad annoying. some of the fans are the worst part of liking kpop hands down, but i’ve also met some really great friends through it, too. the reason it took me so long to even consider listening to kpop in general was because kpoppies can be fckn terrifying and i honestly don’t blame people for thinking the way they do about it even if i don’t think the same way. it’s a bummer because the world would be so much better if people could just mind their own damn business and like what they want without judging other people’s likes and being crazy smh
Hannah Bruce so true for real. Kpop fan bases can be really toxic, but at the end of the day there’s toxic people in any kind of fan base & I’m just here to support some good music 👍🏻
That’s why I have distanced myself from the fandom. I don’t care if most or a majority of fans aren’t like the good ones. The ones that are toxic and hate on others for their opinions and in general that are problematic, make it worse for me to enjoy my favorite groups. I can’t even voice my opinions without being accused of being an anti fan or hater and from there, being ridiculed by other “fans” who attack as well. It looks bad on the fans that are chill and aren’t as into the kpop world as passionately, who want to just be there and listen to the music and be there for their idols and stuff. I’m just here for my favorites and that’s it.
I was called racist for telling a girl that I just don't like the sound of K-pop... She proceeded to call me racial slurs... *Yeah, I'm pretty racist I guess.*
On god. I chat with this one KPOP girl and she made me listen to BTS all I said was that “I wasn’t feeling it” I have never heard so many N words in one setting.
While I was browsing in facebook yesterday, I saw a girl who posted that "she won't mind it if a BTS member raped her" I was genuinely horrified and disgusted. God I feel bad for the parents.
To add on that there have been homophobic ones. Also considering it's Korea there are definitely ignorant intentions that follow under racist speculations so I wouldn't really invest THAT much on idols.
@Kiyru Kazuma In all honesty, that’s a debatable take. There always have been stupid and scary people, but the internet has given our generation a more accessible platform to express, parade and amplify their stupidity in any and every way possible.
A kpop STAN called me racist for just being white and for not stanning BTS? Then i told her im literally a kpop fan and she just sent me a death threat 💀 this community is crazy
7:04 I want to talk about Sulli. Sulli was a feminist and spoke up about racism and topics like that, which is really quite taboo in South Korea. She always stood up for the right things, but because it was uncommon, people hated her. She was a singer in a girl group, but she went on break and then officially left the group after she was receiving extreme hate because she was hanging out with her boyfriend during her hiatus (dating among kpop idols is EXTREMELY looked down upon in SK) Her hate continued on Instagram, and she even went on live of her obviously not in the right state of mind. A week later, she ended her life. She fought long and hard, but the haters just never gave up until she was gone for good.
Blame on companies, too. These greedy companies have driven their idols to a point where they live a pretentious life and are under surveillance all the time. To make matter worse, these companies invest a lot in PRs and money in their young idols to portray them as someone without negative attitude/behavior but wouldn't do much to protect their idols when they fucked up by being themselves. To make matter even worse, some companies will "rent" their (un)willing idols to their investors/VIP clients for a night. However, this sort of culture is widely accepted in S.Korean. Music industries are constantly scouting and recruiting *young* talent. Youngsters are easy to be manipulated and exploited. Then, there are these fantasist-like fanatics and fanatics alike... It's no surprise why there are many cases of idols killing themselves.
yes , I'm in kpop community but some "FANS" death threat people just bcz they have their own opinion , hey, If you're a "FAN" who does shit like this is reading this, honestly go fuck yourself, you no good for shit

Let's be real. There are millions of us so of course they can't know everyone, it is impossible. The term is called saesangs. They are fans who take one step further to stalk their idols and ruin their personal lives. Saesangs are super creepy and will do anything dangerous or bad to get an idol to be with them. One saesang wrote a letter to an idol with her period blood abt how much she loved him. Another one put glue in an idols coffee and the idol vommited blood and was ended up in the hospital. Some of them disguised themselves as the idols staff and bought a van to kidnap them but luckily one of their managers caught the staff being in disguise. There are other really creepy Kpop saesang stories you can find on RU-vid that is very unbelievable.

I've noticed the fandoms of older groups are more fun, especially 1st gen groups. At least in the english speaking fandom. Can't always say the same for the Korean 2nd gen fans, like elfs...
I feel like the “fans” that are most toxic are less educated on the messages the music and the groups are trying to say. And instead their acting protective and get offended over things that they shouldn’t even be offended by. And they shouldn’t get offended over people not liking kpop. As a Kpop fan, I know that theirs many of us who give mad respect to people who don’t like Kpop, cause that shouldn’t be something that brings us apart. We all enjoy different things and music and it’s really dumb seeing people get offended by little things like that🤷🏻♀️
I totally agree with you. I heard a quote somewhere like, "The smartest people have the most doubts while the dumbest people have the most confidence." I forgot who said it though... Anyways, I think it represents the situation well, considering that people seem to notice the most toxic and aggressive fans more than the actual true respectful fans. People tend to think that all or at least the majority of Kpop fans are toxic when in actuality, it's the opposite. It's just that the toxic fans are more vocal and confident about their opinions. I, for one, have met PLENTY of helpful, kind, and respectful fans. Therefore, I get slightly annoyed when people start assuming that everyone involved in a fandom is disrespectful and toxic.
That's one of the many things that aggravates me about kpop stans (that and the spamming of fancams in communities/threads where kpop isn't even the topic). They're always like "why are you guys so mean to us kpop stans?" The reason why we're mean to you is because you're annoying and toxic. I don't mind the ones that just like the music rather than the artist. I'm a stan for a couple western artists/bands but I won't go as far as losing my shit and saying white people are gross while putting a cringy fancam. That doesn't help you win your argument; you're just making yourself look stupid doing that. You can listen to whatever the hell you want, but don't be annoying about it; you'll only give people a reason to cyberbully you and other kpop stans.
I'm in the fandom, and some of my own friends were being told to kys just because they didn't have a bias. It's honestly hard to explain how bratty, short tempered, and entitled some of these fans are. It gives bad names across the fandom, and straight out destroys the positive stuff we try to do for these fucks. Many people have to hide the fact that they even like/don't like K-pop to not be "cancelled" from people inside and out of the fandom.

MxJack *i am a teenage girl-* but it’s not the fans. it’s the stans. stan is a word made up of the two words “stalker” and “fan” LITERALLY STALKERS. not all kpop fans are like that though. most of us (of at least home of us) know how to not attack people and actually conversate or even debate in a polite manner. not all of us are terrible but it takes a few rotten apples for the whole tree to be bad i suppose

I don't understand why being a "stan" is something to be proud of. You're obsessing and stalking someone, never mind the fact that they don't even know you exist. It's fine to follow someone and be a fan but stans just take to the next level.

I'm korean so naturally I appreciate how kpop influences other cultures, despite being such a small country. But this stan culture just pisses me off and grosses me out so much.
@@callmestubz first of all, I am a kpop stan who freaking loves joji, filthy frank, and i still jam out to shut the fuck up by pink guy. The kpop community as a whole is not trying to do this. just a minority of dumbfucks who crave drama that they can't juice out of the kpop fandom. so they branched out.
Aurum Aurum What they’re talking about is this: Person: Ngl I don’t like Blackpink Toxic Kpop Stan: Keep hating sweetie 😊❤️ Ur just jealous of our queens 💅💅 that’s the 🍵 sis 🙌
Well... to be honest i’m actually a kpop fan, but personally i think there’re all taking it too serious i just don’t understand why the start having all this fight/war for only one person they might never met in their live before nor will ever do..
I casually listen to kpop and to this day I still do. Never been a stan of anyone or any group, though I found some idols to be okay and cool. When I first got Introduced to Exo in college, I made a comment to my ex huge kpop fan friend that I liked one of them. I just thought he had a kind face. Wasn't serious, didn't fall head first into cupid's arrows when I saw him. After I said that she talked less to me all day and didn't even look at me. Didn't acknowledge me properly even after I tried talking to her until 2 days. Turns out the guy was her favorite. Idk why tf she got upset. Did she think I had the ability to steal him from her when he doesn't even know her. That friendship eventually fell apart due to unrelated reasons but wow it was wild how she reacted that way.
Some classmates of mine are *o b s e s s e d* with BTS, but they're also just really, really chill people to be with and have a good laugh. They're also just general memelords, and eh... *not shitlords* Those are the kind of fans who i can forgive for being just ever so slightly too obsessed, i mean, they're not harming anyone. And then there's *other* side...
Yae Sakura Yh because that’s being used in a disrespectful way. I would fight for anyone being disrespected like that. Even if I didn’t know the person.
Some?all of the girls in my class are fucking obsessed with them,i can't stress this enough.whenever the teacher is gone, some bitch fucking writes some nice things about Jungle book or Jimini on the whiteboard. something.sometimes, they pass around photos of jungle book, and sometimes i intercept them and draw a mustache and make them look mexican.
Honestly I felt with some bad kpop Stan’s some even being my own sister she was the worst one of them all she ruined my mental health because of this shit arguring over who looks the best in blackpink and other groups every day fighting her not even caring when I was overwhelmed and stressed out and cried because of it this really made me hate kpop for a long time even still now update: thank you for everyone replying with positivity and asking if im okay. ya girls doing better🖤🖤.
hey, thank you for uploading this. i have been a kpop multi fan and seriously to see this much *obessed stans* piss me off. i havebeen in to kpop for like 5 years but now i really sometime feels shameful to be a part of this due to these obessed peoples. theses stans really need awarness to the harm that THEY are causing to THEIR IDOLS. everyone have their own opinion and its ok to not like k-music. seriously sometime i dont even tell to my friends that i like kpop due to these immature fans. thank you for raising awarness to the harm that these stans are causing
Hello, fellow Multi fan! Don’t let the toxic fans make you feel shameful, hun. They aren’t you. And you know that there are more mature fans than the toxic ones. Focus on that, okay? Focus on the good that the mature fans do, such as donating to charities! That’s what I do. And, make sure to surround yourself with mature fans when it comes to other kpop fans.
@@SweetLilHunnyBee As another multifan, I wanna say hi to you. I feel like we're a rare species😭 There are terrifying streaming zombies and zombie stans who call me fake and "betrayer" because I listen to other KPop artists and music other than KPop😭
@@reetugupta3657 anime people attacking kpop and the fans unprovoked ? ofc that is toxic HELLO ? like we never even care nor talk about yall but then there's people with anime pfps obsessing over Kpop and their fans😰
