Been watching you for quite sometime now, I am a visiting hospice nurse and go into some bad areas on a good day, but now with all of this rioting and looting your instructions are even MORE important to learn. I don't live in fear but have to admit I am a bit on edge this past week. Thank you!! 🇺🇸🇮🇹🇺🇸

Rear bear hug: Grapevine the leg, and if they step, they’ll collapse. Whether they do or they don’t step, grab the hands, drop your weight, groin strike, and then rotate out. Front bear hug: Just push against your attacker’s hips. Facilitate with a groin attack if necessary. Good video.

I was gonna say if he has your arms pinned like that, you can slide a hand forward and grab his groin. Squeeze twist and pull as hard as u can.

If he puts you in a front bear hug it’s easy. Hug him back haha

If a guy gets a front bear hug and knows how he is getting double under-hooks, Gable or butterfly grip down your low Thoracic spine lumbar spine while getting Hips beneath your hips and lifting, or pull in your hips into him while he takes his head and crash into your chest and bend’s you over backwards. If you are not an experienced wrestler or grappler, and somebody who is a experienced manages to get his hands locked around your waist in a proper grip, that squeeze or throw is coming in a split second and none of this stuff is going to do a damn thing. Your best bet with your three arms it’s straight into the guys eyeballs. Even then, if you’re in the air unless you are fast and ruthlesss With incredible athleticism because once you’re in the air he’s gonna try to throw you back under your head on the concrete and you are going to need those arms to revent your head from being split in half where your neck from being broken. No one bearhugs you around your arms that’s the dumbest thing in the world unless we can have 150 pounds and you Have at least 50+ pounds on him with very long arms. Whenever you body like a person unless it’s You’re very small person with a very weak upper body You are much better off getting a body locked and if you’re afraid of getting hit, Good Greco Roman wrestlers will Get a high body like with a finger grip and flare the elbow is up and out so your arms are out of your sides and you have nowhere go with strikes When these guys do these high body locks, they’ve wedged their bent leg between your legs, Have gotten beneath your hips and are keeping their arms out and using a finger grip to raise your arms out to the side. Good wrestlers can do things from this position, but experienced grapplers who might not be the best Greco Roman wrestlers Will simply keep you in this position for a few seconds and then lower levels more and wrap up underneath your back or butt and pick you up tinier so your head is 2 feet above theirs and your feet are 2 or 3 feet off the ground. Now if you get thrown which means merely leans back And allow some self to fall with the back arched you are taking a very fast trip into the country head first with virtually no leverage. Another words you are totally fucked. The way you deal with a grappler if you keep your elbows in to begin with and you strike through the body with long strikes and make sure you keep your distance. A good wrestler can take down a shitty fighter from a long way away but a fighter who knows a little something about sprawling even the bare minimum will not be taken down by a wrestler unless the wrestler can put his hand out and touch the guy. So keep your distance your elbows in and down your stance low But your feet is no more than shoulder with the part so you have fast footwork and make sure you circle the wrestler and change directions quickly while you throw devastating strikes to the solar plexus and the throat. If you think about kicking or kneing make sure it’s very low kicks and you are Rangy compared to him or you are kneeing from a Muaythai double arm Back of the head tie, not back of the neck, put your elbows Hi close together and into his collar area now the wrestler is when and what he can do assuming you circle and pivot spin off your front leg while throwing devastating knees into the body but make sure you connect with the body I see Inexperienced mma and Thai enthusiasts Try to secure a plum And they throw these knees that go straight up rather than out and hips pushed into the guys body. If you simply throw the knees up at an angle you’re probably not gonna get anything substantial to hit that’s why when you secure the plumber raise your knee and extend your hip me back so the guy comes in to you and you need to hit some like a steel bar parallel to the ground. Those knees are devastating rising these are great when you guys already flimsy and you can pull him into the knee. If however you are unable to pull the van into your knee because he has more energy than you or is stronger than you Then you must learn to throw your knee straight out to get distance. That means you have to soften the guy up before you bring the knees up into his head. The only way those up knees connect is when you pull the guys head to your knee. So if you get a plum position on a guy Try to grab the back of his head with one hand on top of the other with your elbows pinching the side of his head and driving into his collar. If he managed to straighten up because he’s so strong That’s when you change levels and hidden with the lower back bear hug and bend him over backwards. When I teach MMA fighters wrestling take downs, Many of the guys will not learn a penetration step would be enough to work doubles and singles in a fight. Many of them however have Thai boxing training and have a pretty good plum. Therefore I teach them to really get the plum and rip on the guys neck Compelling him to stand up straight, when he starts really trying to get up let him fly up quickly and lower your levels and hit it with a body lock And run over him which will put you in a mounted position. Even if you don’t get them out if you get the guy on the ground you can work your superior Jiu jitsu. The last thing you want to do, is get out of someone’s bearhug and they have it from the front and they are experienced in wrestling. Unless you are a better wrestler who can use dominant over hooks into a salto. Or a lateral drop you will lose this battle every time unless you are vicious enough to explosively put yourself in the guys eyeballs and actually push in deep enough to get a big let up and by that time most people regarding the tossed in their head and have brain damage. This is the truth. self-defense courses that teach you to avoid conflict and not put yourself in situation and run will keep you safe against experienced sports fighters. Experienced ring sports fighters get in competitive highly skilled conflict training at close to 100% intensity which Is already about three times higher than some fitness enthusiast training at the dojo, literally much higher level training, Unless you are a purple belt or higher in to get you and you’re also a fairly young and very fit man, than some guy in a Krav Maga class Unless you specialize in it and it is your life pursuit, most people who are incredibly God are people who are trying to learn something that gives you legitimate skills fairly quickly. Good Krav Maga definitely does this But you are still in serious trouble When you are against a great jju jitsu fighter boxer wrestler Judoka World class karate fighter Muay That or MMA fighter. In most cases the guys don’t even have to be world-class they can just be very high-level competitive. That means Training hard for over 2-3 years going live at least three days a week. Guys like this are very hard to deal with because they are dealing with people who are trying unpredictable techniques at them with full commitment. In self-defense classes there are always reference points and you always know the techniques You are up against to begin with. I remember going to classes in various martial arts that are definitely very good if trained by serious fighters, But when are instructions to try to make the class more productive by allowing us to be a little more free form, it always generated to sloppy wrestling match or sloppy boxing. Techniques have feed live after a few minutes of learning them or you might as well get rid of them. But I live I don’t mean 100% I mean with at least 60% resistance in a unpredictable environment we could use at least several other techniques. You might have boxers start off just throwing jabs at each other. The difference is they are moving the jabs are thrown With enough commitment That if you are not focused and get his square of the nose with one it’ll break your nose. That rarely happens because most guys pay attention and are moving their heads and catching ir parrying The punches, That’s why even when you guys are allowed to freeform box, they know how to keep chins down And they definitely take some head trauma and some body shots But she ain’t guys get cracked in the nose or end up with black eyes Happens occasionally and only before a fight usually. When you see guys training in these martial arts never raptor hands never hit actual things like heavy bags or punch Mitts, They never learn how to drive and tork the hip and use the shoulder when they punch. That’s why Your average martial arts guy has terrible punches. Within A month of training at the boxing gym most guys can hit hard enough to operate their hand if they’re not wearing wraps

Also from that position when you drop down low, do the butt bump. Drive your butt backwards very hard then try to spin and rotate to face your attacker.
