Just to use a personal example I know someone who had there dog shot on his farm. The difference is his dog was 14 years old, blind and in bad health. He told me he dug a hole in the ground and the dog crawled into the hole. BUT he couldn't do it... His buddy who was there did it for him. The point being even in that situation the person couldn't do it. Noem had a 1 year old puppy who misbehaved and ruined a hunt killing some chickens. SO in retaliation she shoots the dog. Biden did remove his Shepherd from the White House but Noem evidently thinks she is portraying Biden as weak for not shooting his dog.

This border bill was endorsed by the Border Patrol Union who endorsed Trump in 2020. It was a bi-partisan Bill put together in the Senate and passed. In this border bill it would give the President the right to close the border at any time. The bill also added more border patrol agents and security measures. The Border Bill would have added more judges to fast tracked deportations of illegal's arrested on the border. One of the reasons illegals cross into the country is because the current legal system allows them to stay in the US for months before their hearings are heard and they are deported. IN this Border bill because of voter's like you the Democrats in congress gave the Republican party almost everything they wanted in a border bill. The Republican party will never get a better Border bill deal from Democrats. WHY you ask has this Border Bill not passed the House and been signed as law by Biden? BECAUSE at Trump's orders House Speaker Republican Mike Johnson refused to even have a hearing on the Bill. WHY? Because the last thing Trump wants is to have Biden actually sign a Border Bill into law that will help secure the border. Trump would rather have an unsecure Border Bill and use it as a Politico Campaign Attack for his benefit against President Biden. Trump cares more about himself then making America more secure. There was a Family owned Mexican Eatery here in Warsaw Indiana. It was very popular and many locals who have views like yourself were patrons. They became friends with the staff. This was around 2018 when Trump was President. The local Immigration Department raided the place and a majority of Mexican Staff were illegals and the place was forced to close down. The Indianapolis Star interviewed many of the local patrons and they said they had no idea these people were here illegally, they were very friendly etc... One of the locals said it was their favorite place to eat and had their Birthday Party there every year. All said the Owner's were very friendly and would miss the place and the staff. MY POINT is it's easy to point at illegal's you see and hear about on the news and use hardline rhetoric. It's quite different when you actually know some personally and feel sorry they were deported.
