Create a GM (general midi standard sound module or plugin like Native Instruments BandStand) with program change patches and volume CCs at the beginning of each track and they will sound accurate on the Kronos when using it's GM sounds bank!

Another great tutorial Qui. can i ask a question concerning midi files? i have been all over the manual and can find no way of doing this. I want to take a 16 channel midi and bounce it out the kronos to either 16 individual wav files or a combined 16 ch wav file? is it possible without doing multiple plays of the track (i have over 700 to convert :( ) Thanks Dave

if i recored tracks in my daw (digital performer 10) with a sound module but want my korg kronos to play that sound (piano) then do a patch changes on the same midi channel how do i setup the kronos to work?

Why my midi volumen is not sounding the same level compared with the combis or program how I can make it sound the midi drum same as all the sound of combi or programs?

hi qui, can you help me , i found our vidio exstreemly usefull/helpfull, up to a point, thge thing is this most of the times by following your directions to reassighnd a sound, more persificly changing a track sound to a drum kit, most times up comes the page after selecting track edit etc. listing the availability, that you can imput the bank/program no, + volume/cc's etc but for some reason i cant exsplain is sometimes the option to type a the new bank/program no. simply doesnt show up to allow me to select the drum kit, [ but you can adjust the other parameters cc's etc.] ie so by doing exactly the same thing, depending on what original MIDI file i load in, most work ok but others just wont allow you to select the drums/ any program, , it appears to be something to do with the original MIDI files ? ? note the reason that i need to do this is again for some strange reason even once selected gm initialise all the other sounds get assigned corectly, EXSEPT for the drums, so i have to manualy reassign the drums by hand, dont know why this is the case as it only happens on some errant MIDI files. hope you understand my problen, and would love some help on this matter cheers

You probably are the best when it comes to understanding Kronos! My biggest complaint is that you really should start speaking rather than putting notes on the screen. It's really difficult to read your instructions and follow your actions at the same time. Please work on it in your future videos! Rest you're the best! :-)

I've long given up trying to use the built in sequencer in my kronos.

I just delete the program change command completely in a midi file.

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and the happy owner of a kronos v1 73, recently I have been working on the use of the sequencer to prepare a directory to play in a group. To prepare my sequence, I introduced a midi file and a wave file, so far everything works fine, but from audio track 7 a metronome is coupled to the tracks that I cannot mute or mute. If anyone has a tip to cut this metronome without actually cutting my wave file, I'm happy with it. Thanks in advance.
