Thanks for the video, just installed mine while referencing this. My parts were also not assembled correctly so it's best to just take it all apart and start from scratch. The white washers go between arm and stamped steel piece and you need to rotate the arm to come close the original piece after you take it out. it doesn't line up exactly like the original.
at 8.04 I can see the clutch pivot screw moving around, its a sign that the hole in the lever is worn out and become oval shaped. Changing to a new proper one itself should improve the feel. Do you have the slipper clutch? that itself makes the clutch muuuuch lighter
Howdy Sanjay. You have a keen eye. It has definitely seen some wear and I agree it could be better in that regard. I do have the oem slipper clutch. I've been wanting to do so, I just haven't gotten around to it
Which year's model is your Duke 390? The Aliexpress page says it's made for 2018-2022 models and mine is a 2013 model, but yours looks like an older model as well.
