I used to have that jacket and loved it. Wore it out. Eventually the sleeves split at the ends along that heavy weave, but all-in-all I'm satisfied with all the years of abuse it withstood. Great for layering, cool or warm weather. Would buy again if I hadn't gone with a waxed jacket that is too small to layer.
I’m 6’5” 265 and not slim… 48” chest, the 2XL is not loose, but enjoy wearing it. Reminds me of a fitted suit that allows me full motion without discomfort.
I just came across this brand recently. Started with The Law pants (trousers...) then added the Jacket....now I realise I have a problem as I am off to get a Burr jacket. LOL. Hope your still enjoying yours. Super impressed with their quality so far.
I hear ya! After years of passing on KUHL brand due to the prices, I bought some of their pants and tried on their jackets. I can’t stop buying their clothes now. Haha
How does the jacket fit, did you have to go a size up, is it a slim fit, I've tried theirs jackets before and they are meant for slimmer people, as my momma once told me I was big boned lolololol Really like their clothes, but they really don't have meat eaters in mind when making the sizes, Oooops lolololol my opinion thanks for the video.
I'm quite stocky and found it true to size. It's well tailored so going up a size wouldn't look bad . Maybe order 2 sizes and send one back ? Thanks for reaching out and if you buy via the links in the description it really helps support my site. www.kuhl.com/kuhl/mens/outerwear/burr-jacket-lined/?avad=242353_e20dc400d
@@airlandandseablogchannel4179 Appreciate your opinion I'm a XXL So if I buy that size your saying true to fit I hate dealing with returns, even though your right. Thanks again guess I have to sleep on it, nothing is ever easy lolololol
@@mchoch4576 at the regular bird jacket in a large and that's the size I usually wear and I found it tight across the back. KUHL runs tighter I would call it. The overall size is not little but it's more just a slimmer style fit.
@@prepordietryin9119 I agree--I wear a medium in all the Kuhl shirts but a large in their jackets--I'm 5'-8" just under 200 pounds, dad-bod, muscular with a gut 😀.
