I struggle with a few different mental illness and exercise helps so much, but I struggle to do it. Just when I was losing the will to live, dying inside from boredom that reaches right into my bones, scrolling through TV channels and RU-vid with a face like thunder and a mood brewing inside me to match... This video popped up! Now I have jawbone ache from smiling through the whole video! I do love the carefree fun vibe of African music and dancing, it just instantly makes you want to shake your arse the minute the music starts! These 3 ladies are fabulous and beautiful and their great big smiles just made me feel so happy! I wanna hang out with them!!! If just a fraction of their enthusiasm rubs off on me, they would have quite literally changed my life! ❤

I've been extremely depressed after going through a traumatic breakup back on christmas. I havent had the motivation or drive to workout or move besides going on walks sporadically. this video gave me so much energy. your smiles are infectious and I followed a long in my chair. this is going to push me to clean my space so I have room to move around and do this ^_^
