I remember in this game that if you ran really fast and bumped someone from behind they would actually fall and leave some blood on the sidewalk. Since the game doesn’t allow you to hurt civilians I would always run really fast and bump someone from behind so they could fall and take damage. Its really hilarious.

Pretty sure your not gonna step back, get into a stable stance, take aim, and kill a person right after getting shot anywhere, especially the leg. Adrenaline can only stop so much pain, and the force of the impact is probably knocking your leg out from under you. Even if you can ignore the pain and manage to keep your balance, handguns are pretty easy to aim and get two shots off quickly, the cop can get him a second time in that window.
