Great video for new coaches. I have helped out teams as a goalie coach but this will be my first year as a goalie/defensive coach for a JV team here in MD. This was great and reminded me of what my coach planned in HS.

Do you have a breakdown on Virginia"s V break similar to this video?

I don't. The basic Idea there though is having all 3 drop in the V with Lefty and Righty shooters at 8-10 yards on both hashes (inside them on HS field) and the inside player will set up at 4 yards above GLE. These positions ensure that whichever defenseman slides, the ball carrier can make an easy read by coming down the middle of the field. If the ball is passed to the crease, he'll shoot. If it hits either wing, the defenseman will dictate the next pass.
