What the rule book says and what happens in real life differ greatly. Especially when the CCMA is being bought by the employer. Been to CCMA AND DEPT OF LABOUR - STILL NO PAY FOR TIME WORKED OR WHILE SUSPENDED

One is punitive and the other is investigative
