Its just like filling up the car with coolant, at least for me, there is always more air to get out. Thanks for showing this! Will certainly be using this when I get around to doing an inter-cooler on a few of my cars!

Do you ever think of doing an LS4 swap to one of your W-bodies? I would love to see how this is done and if it requires a lot of welding/fab or not. I'm sure I can handle the electronics, but I can't weld.

It wouldnt be that bad, just need everything from a donor, but i am a 3800 guy, i like it more than the ls4

Getting there, but that big air pocket at the start says you're not done, yet. Having a fill tee at the highest point to use when off will be clutch. Gravity always wins.

Do you run any fuses in line with the power wire to the pump? I had a zzp pump go out that had been running fine since July and one day my map sensor was bugging out going between low and high values after startup, that's when I noticed the pump wasn't running anymore. Seems like something went wrong so I was going to run fuses inline with the power wires for my intercooler relay setup to maybe prevent that from happening again
