La Nuit are Lhomme vs. LNDL Bleu Electrique (YSL) 

Completely agree with you on this one. I own LNDL and I recently smelled Bleu Electrique and it was ok but not mind blowing. I personally enjoy the OG more and it's a compliment magnet. Keep up the great content!

The OG has been reformulated to be not as strong so with the bleu electrique they brought the OG la Nuit de lhomme scent back with that bit of freshness, to me the flanker is better than the original with its current formulation

I think both of these are great, but my heart is with the OG LNDL. Bleu Electrique is a modernized take on the scent, but LNDL is such a timeless classic. I might reach for BE to wear during the day, but I'll go with LNDL for a night out or if I need to get dressed up. It's a shame that BE seems to be discontinued, but the OG is definitely more than a consolation prize.

I have both and 100% agree. Bleu Electrique is more fresher, brighter and louder. The original is smoother and classier despite the worse performance and projection. Both excellent fragrances...that's why I got 200ml of both. Anyone in the UK still struggling to get Bleu Electrique order from My Origines in France. Good price and fast shipping.

IMO LNDL is a warm spicy night time fragrance, Bleu Electrique is more of a Fresh spicy fragrance with lots of lavender which makes it more versatile but not as sexy as OG

In my experience with la nuit de l'homme i got a 60ml bottle in 2019 because I've heard so much about performance but mine seems satisfactory in terms of performance so I'm guessing it matures as it gets oxygen throughout the use.

Bleu Electrique is already discontinued according to some.. O Electrique may be also but this one cannot be found either.

SoCal Scents has a post on their RU-vid channel showing an email from YSL showing that bleu electrique is discontinued .

Blue electric is nice but doesn't last as long as the OG..stick with the OG...have you tried the intense? I have the original formulation, after shave& colonge...sweet! Also I have the parfum version too!

People don’t know that LNDL was reformulated as early as the year it was released lol. I’ve worn it since 2010. It smells and performs the same now as it did back then. Maybe the formula is slightly different but no one EXCEPT a master perfumer is actually going to smell the difference.

I have a oil version of bleu E it smells so blue and fresh is the cologne about the same?

If it's cardomom you like azzaro the most wanted is a cardomom bomb. And has the lndl vibes but last forever.

Thought BE wasnt that strong either but on my skin even though i couldnt smell it apparently i was choking out a whole room lol

Hi Melissa off topic. I finally tried cedrat boise because of you but Ive read from others that it got reformulated and the newer batches are really weak. Have you tried some newer batches of it ? Salamat! 😁

Yes Melissa but sometimes fragrances are instantly discontinued when a company gets bought out.. pretty sure that L'Oreal just acquired Valentino and Giorgio Armani... Their two brand new releases for 2022.. Valentino Born in Roma Coral Fantasy, and Acqua Di Gio Eau de Parfum are discontinued. Just try purchasing either one on their websites.. not even listed.... So I contacted their reps... They replied they are discontinued... I have emails from both houses stating this fact.

Been on 4 dates in the past two days and wore Bleu Electrique on all of them. Took 2 girls home and all 4 are texting me. I mean obviously it's also my killer personality ;) but I got compliments on the fragrance from all of them.

Bleu was disappointing & I sent it back the very next day luckily Macy’s took it back. I agree I much prefer the original LNDL. The Frag community way overhyped Bleu.
