I would recommend starting with an oil-based cleanser like a cleansing oil or cleansing balm, then follow with a water-based cleanser. Don’t use soap on your body. Dove sensitive or aveeno fragrance free for certain areas. This hydrating one or cerave hydrating cleanser & use the ordinary hyaluronic acid serum serum on damp skin topped w Cerave cream or lotion. Moisturizing on damp skin changed my life!
