I don't buy that a few random neighbours had a sudden memory jog about the living arrangements of a random women they lived near 9+ years ago. If the neighbours reported a crime there should be witness reports or police interview records. I would love to see those made public, if they exist.

Well there is a surprise...

National Insurance pays for benefits, and for State Pensions. So going forward, there is less money for both. That means reform for who can access either thing in the future, and how much they can receive over X or Y a period, which means a longer working life for many (who will be 'lucky' to have a job (or 2,3) in the first place) and compulsory public service (of some sort) for those on severely reduced 'benefits'.
